There has been a bit of money raised year to date however it has been focused on select companies with other companies still struggling to bring in just $1 million. Even some of the higher quality companies struggle to close financing and need to include warrants to get the money in the door. However there are some key distinctions between those companies that have raised money that need to be noted when investing.
