Helping kids
Cory and Big Al are playing in a charity golf tournament for the rest of the day. This tournament benefits the Boys and Girls Club of Blaine, Washington. About 100 kids use this facility daily and it is a godsend to this little town where the majority of the residents don’t make a lot of money.
Friends of ours are joining us including Jon Hermanson from Rugby Mining and Paul Sorbara, Jim Widdifield and Willy Ward of the great Canadian blues band – The Cooler Kings. Together we have put together a fair amount of money to support the Boys and Girls Club.
A small step but we do continue to try and make a difference.

I have the most debilitating golf handicap of all : being left-handed.
Cory is left handed and a scratch golfer!
Dang! Now I have to find another excuse. ( the light was bad…. the tee was crooked…. the sun was in my eyes…. there were nubile nymphs cavorting in the water hazard… a parade of Mongolian Holy Men crossed the fairway… )
