That’s a good point Wayne. It is really just “news” in the way we know it now.
So direct. This is the first time that anyone I know has stated that the US “may” ( to me it seems rather logical) want to sell their oil and gas and therefore tries to get the competition out of the way. We have to wait and see if the export-hype will have some truth to it in the foreseeable future….and if Putin is in fact the bad guy. Greetings from Germany.
The Dirty Little Secret here is that the U.S. doesn’t have the sudden new massive hydrocarbon reserves the latest Big Lie campaign wants people to believe. And as “energy in” rapidly approaches ” energy extracted”, soon the entire oil and gas industry will simply be swapping dollars.

Thanks Cory – as said above an interesting discussion. However Germany’s apparent insouciance over Russia remains a puzzle.
Judging from Angela Merkel’s numerous photo opps with Putin as posted on an earlier blog, she gets on really well with him, being according to Jim Willie she’s in daily contact with him by phone. Might she be working to another (secret) agenda?
So whether anti-Russian memories will prevail in all this is a moot point. For with newly imposed sanctions by Germany against Russia, the former stand to lose upwards of 50,000 jobs over is it (?) some 6000 German companies being involved in Russia.
As for fracking, Max Keiser is constantly reminding us that U.S. quotes of shale gas outlays are wildly exaggerated, as are the projected figures for us here in Britain. Put simply fracking is a major diversion which presumably means that Germany MUST call upon supplies of Russian gas for this winter and winters to come.
On top of all this Angela Merkel must along with all sentient Germans be getting more and hacked off with the U.S. not only bugging her personal phone, but over the fact that Germany can’t retrieve the huge bulk of her Fort Knox gold.
According to Craig Roberts the German media like most of the European media remains in thrall to their slave-masters in the U.S.
German people fed up with NATO lies, and fully supportive of Merkel’s stances in support of the Russian Aid convoy.
