I had not seen that one before.
I always say: Follow the money trail.
While most people consider the World Trade towers almost iconic, I was aware that they were 30 years old and poorly designed for the twenty-first century, both in electrical capability and in insulation.
Silverstein had already spent $50 million in refurbishment/amelioration of defects and would have had to spend another 4 times that amount.
So there was without doubt a financial motive….I have not seen documentation, but there is a rumor that insurance on the buildings was approximately doubled just before the collapse.
The location of the hit on the Pentagon, without doubt, creates high probability of CIA involvement. Minimum $2.3 trillion missing is just amazing, and virtually unreported.
A decade ago a trillion dollars was a BIG sum of money. Still is.

Could only disagree with 1 thing Mr.Dent said, “people can not be that stupid”.
He has courage, Im certain he is aware of the numerous witnesses from all buildings that decided to commit suicide, etc.
Archetects and engineers were running a video of building 7 I believe at times square for the anniversary.
Nice if people wised up or began to care but so far, anyone that doesn’t think the people were responsible did not learn to fly 747s by taking Cessna lessons or that buildings do not come down from office firs are “conspiracy theorists”.
Which of course means, “your opinion is silly and doesn’t count”
Maybe that’s why Mr. Dent explains the meaning of the word “conspiracy”.
I watched The Trews on Max Keiser today, that guy is seeing truth within the Scot vote.
We still have some Truth and Courage around, hope is not dead.
Sidenote, Chelsea Manning presented her view on how to deal with isis, on RT.
Too much common sense if you ask me, those ideas would only shorten the wars and reduce profits. We of course cant have that, that would be the end of capitalism and the world a we know it.

Those are pretty interesting observations to me, Al. I had kind of been thinking along the same lines. It is as if the news events are suddenly accelerating. A lot is happening all at once. Too much maybe. So we need to work harder to sort out what matters from what is just added confusion.
Most of us have forgotten all about China’s East China Seas ambitions for example and a potential conflict with the US. We need to be careful what we give our attention to and not fall into the trap of endlessly analyzing stuff that turns out to be meaningless.
Sometimes the news is a distraction and cover for much bigger and more significant events. Remember when that story about the Malaysia Airlines flight that disappeared ended up consuming almost all the time on the nightly news segments?
So much other stuff was going on that got no airtime whatsoever. I almost felt it was like a blackout period. Like something much bigger was brewing in the background and the flight story was just a smoke screen to divert our minds and stop us focusing on anything else.
As a kid I used to love to read old newspapers. I mean news from the 1920’s through to the end of World War II. So I would go to the main library and thumb through old papers in the archives (that was even before some of them got put on microfiche).
What struck me about the war period was how rapidly the stories could change in just a few days. Major events became minor as each new atrocity or bizarre event took the days cover before something even bigger pushed that one off the headlines. The news moved so fast it was literally impossible to keep up with everything that was being published.
So what you are saying about how rapidly news is coming at us struck a chord with me. It is perhaps a preview of what is to come in the future. You can almost imagine the day when everything we discuss here daily will sink into irrelevance as dramas build on the world stage and our minds are utterly consumed by a mix of disgust, fear, anxiety, thrill, gloom, loathing and hope that it will all be better soon.
I think there are limits to how much our minds can absorb though. These kinds of times can harden our hearts because we really cannot cope with the excesses we read and hear daily. Like beheadings and crucifixions of Christians in the Middle East. It all starts to sound so ordinary even when it is exceptionally disturbing.
It could even be why the atrocities of those dark days of the war hardly raised eyebrows at the time. When we all realized our true nature had such a dark side and people finally acknowledged it for what is was and started to understand the limitations of our humanity.
We could be better people one by one. We just had to get past our innate brutality first.

silver and gold look like bargins. But i will wait. My last word on Scotland , Pro free Scotland , i hope the yes vote wins. England wont colapse, and Scotland will be much better. Both UK , and USA spend to much money on foriegn adventures. The pound can still be used [for a few years anyway, ] they can use Euro or thier own currency later on. Best of health and wealth too all S.
