Great update. Al & Cory, I always appreciate the updates on Rye Patch and enjoy hearing from Bill. At one point the market will re-rate this stock because they will survive this downturn (when many juniors will go belly-up), they have cash flow from the Net Smelter Royalty stream, and thus a budget for exploration, and now even mine development. That is a new twist and I am glad that they are taking this money and using it to grow resources and possibly become a small producer with another stream of income. This is a gem in the Jr miner space, but their success has not been noticed by the marketplace …….YET.

      Thanks Shad!

I still say they need a name change…………….Rye Patch, sounds more like a whiskey distillery company than a pm producer………………….jmho…………….

Yes J…the long, as we discussed previously, there is nothing I like more after a long day of work than s smooth glass of Rye Patch whiskey (aged in barrels of gold in Nevada).

good one Shad………..a little JACK D. , and a little Johnny Walker, to a MAKERS MARK, to make Southern Comfort your life style.

Thanks for asking Bill the question for me Al

It is my understanding that in the central, core area of the Lincoln Hill deposit, silver ore outcrops at the surface. I’m thinking this is in the one to three ounce per tonne area. So the point I’m getting to is that as mine construction begins, and they start stripping off overburden, they are going to be hauling a portion of this overburden to the mill for the processing of the silver.

Al, could you please ask Bill about this during the next interview. If you are familiar with Goldcorp’s Peñasquito project, I believe the same thing was in play. This is Mexico’s largest gold producer, says Goldcorp. Thanks, Jason

Bill mentioned that someone might want to buy Lincoln. However, that seems unlikely. Hard to believe a major would buy anything so small. Couer might want to buy it, due the proximity of other assets, but in that case wouldn’t they just want to buy the whole company to get rid of the NSR payments?

Why don’t you ask him about taking on a partner, like a JV type of project.

Great points Jason. I have a feeling if someone was going to buy something it would be the whole company and not a small mine. I like the idea of a JV project as well, but honestly, since they have the cashflow coming in from the NSR, I am just glad they are starting to deploy it to generate another cashflow generating asset like a mine.

I also am in agreement that Coeur would likely be the ones to buy out Rye Patch to recoup their NSR, due to proximity, they have a nice basket of exploration properties near previously producing mines in a safe jurisdiction (NV). Coeur is still in the process of their 2 recent acquisitions, so until they get through all that merging and mine takeover, they have a full plate. In the meantime, Rye Patch should keep pushing on to build company and shareholder value.
