July 9th Webinar with Doc and Chris Temple
** This is not investment advice. We are simply sharing our thoughts on the markets.
Welcome to another KE Report webinar. Richard Postma (AKA Doc) joins us to revisit his assessment of the stocks markets and gold. We also cover the US dollar and a few stocks and EFTs that were suggested by our audience.
While there have been requests for us to release this in audio only form we find it very important for people to follow along on the charts to fully understand why we have the opinions we do.
I’m still more of a fundamentals person though, because I’m not convinced either charts or cycle theory can do more than slightly modify fundament changes. It will be interesting to match the Doc and Gary’s comments with future movements under fundamental changing situations.
Interesting to see Frau Merkel head on Brunhilde in the cartoons:

I happen to be on your side. (Please don’t tell Doc!)
Our pleasure, Professor.
Great show today guys. Doc and Cory did a fantastic job on the technical side, and Big Al and Chris T. had great thoughts on the macro and fundamental side.
Thanks for fielding the question about how emerging economies may affect commodities, and thanks for covering GDX.
Excelsior!
Our pleasure, Shad. Thanks Man!
Great show guys!
Doc,
Regarding the USD. It looks like it’s going up here short term, and then starts heading down. The thing is, the euro looks like it’s heading down too? The dollar / euro inverse trade appears to be coming to an end?
Maybe the nations in the euro zone have their own currency and the euro is used in the basket of SDR currencies for international trade?
It is certainly a fundamental change.
Cory, Al, Doc and Chris, great show!
The American and European economies would benefit greatly if the dollar and euro both went down in value. Better for manufacturing and international trade.
Now, that is true.

MACDaddy is the $$$ signal!!!
You crack me up Jason.
I appreciated everything you covered, guys! I now realize that overreaction selloff stocks won’t be the ones to suggest for technical analysis from Doc. But it was very good learning for me!
Great technical report…..keep up the good work!! I would consider financially supporting these efforts. Keep us apprised.
Great webinar. I enjoyed watching it very much. Thanks.
