Interesting I mentioned this on this forum 3 days ago. A lot of people don’t pay attention imo to world events.
          March 10, 2016 at 4:18 pm,
          Dave says:
The credibility of the fed is clearly the problem, they are being exposed for being nothing but a reactionary institution. If the markets get weak, they hold off (case in point) the fed did NOT raise in Sept 2015 due to the market turmoil in China. Once the markets were stabilized, they increased 1/4 point.
The markets are sniffing out that the fed NOT dependent on economic data, rather it is dependent on the world equity market performance.
Richard Fisher has in fact admitted publically, their goal was to produce a wealth effect to goose the markets. This imo was the coup de grace to the credibility of the fed.

            Mar 13, 2016 13:03 PM

Dave, you may have mentioned it, and I agree with you on the FED…Some may not have responded , only because it has been said so many times before. Many on this blog, have been saying it for well over 8 to 9 , 10 years……But, it is a good reminder…..thanks Jerry

            Mar 13, 2016 13:25 PM

My guess the Fed only acts for the banks and their private owners. Transfer of wealth is the objective with assisting the American people not an objective…only a cover for criminal actions.

            Mar 13, 2016 13:17 PM

You are 100% correct……..the Fed has been stealing since it’s inception. All Central banks steal………..goes back to the Roman times or before with money clipping of coins.

      Several comments:
First: Please note where it was CHICAGO.
Second, please note this is where Obama was a political organizer.
Third, note Hillary’s background, prior to Arkansas, was Illinois.
Illinois and Chicago has historically been a location of extreme left wing radicals.

Now, here’s the scary part for me:
I remember Bill Ayres, Chicago riots of the 1960s.

I advise people to google “CIA Operation Chaos 1968″

One Cite that should pop up is a Book ” The Imagination of the New Left”
      by George Katsiaficas

Another is From The Lawless State – The CIA at Home.

Both document the highly ILLEGAL INVOLVEMENT of the CIA in pro-left wing politics in the 1960s.
There are other books on the subject too.

I do not know whether the current fracas are organized by Obama and his minions, or the CIA or even the Republication Party.
      I have no firsthand knowledge.
But if I had to make a guess, knowing the the scum Soros has donated more than $35 million to similar causes in both Europe and US just in the last 12 months, in provoking riots and disturbances, that’s where I would start looking.

I think the only immediate answer is for some members of Congress to bite the bullet and band together to begin holding impeachment hearings against Obama specifically in investigating his failure to regulate: SEC, CFTC, The Justice Department, The Fed, The IRS, FDA, Commodities (oil, banks, PMs, etc) , etc. Intentional negligence in performing the duties of a public severant and POTUS. Grant immunity to whistle blowers and Regulators who uncover the massive corruption within the Federal government to the point that Regulators have to perform or go to jail with their peers…to include Congress, Bankstsers and oligarchs peddling influence contrary to the laws of the United States and the interests of the people. They won’t stop until jail is an option. Make it transparent and open for all to see.

Watergate investigations led to some convictions. Very insignificant compared to the last 15-20 years of public corruption in DC.

      Mar 13, 2016 13:30 PM

good point………but, who is going to investigate……….congress would all have to go to jail, and the judges, and the Past three Presidents

        Mar 13, 2016 13:43 PM

Frank. That’s the point. Request special investigators and prosecutors. Why not appoint a team of state investigators and AGs in a united “state” effort, temporarily assigned to the “Congressional Committee to Impeach” whoever …States in many of the issue addressed could have joint jurisdiction and could follow up with State Prosecutions in additon to any Federal Actions. Do we lay down and surrender or attack the problem!

          Good idea…………

          Mar 13, 2016 13:54 PM

DAVID…The point is where do we find honest men, (who can not be corrupted ) to carry out the investigations & then draw up impeachment causes.
And then where do we find the honest judges, (who can not be corrupted ) to preside over these cases……………Too many love the dollar, more than their fellow man.

      GH
      Mar 14, 2016 14:59 AM

David, but the rebuttal to your proposal is in your original statement: ‘the last 15-20 years’…We’re in a new era, when crimes that would have provoked impeachment before now elicit a yawn. Most people can’t be bothered, and the mechanisms of ‘soft control’ are much more developed now.

In any case, you might look for Jon Rappoport’s explanation of why tricky Dick got the boot. Would appear he bit the hand that fed him when he started going anti- ‘free trade’. Given what he did in Southeast Asia, that he got impeached for the Watergate is, well, the usual pathetic joke. All kinds of crimes are acceptable, as long as the real Powers are served.

Zero chance Obama will be investigated and impeached.

Just part of the LEFTWING Agenda:

    THE SOROS AGENDAS

“Both the ACLU and HRW have long promoted one of the central contentions of Soros’s Open Society Institute: the notion that America is institutionally an oppressive nation and a habitual violator of human rights both at home and abroad—indeed, the very antithesis of the type of “open society” Soros reveres. Consider first the ACLU, whose advisory board once included the former Weather Underground terrorist Bernardine Dohrn.36 The ACLU has opposed virtually all post-9/11 national security measures enacted by the U.S. government, depicting those measures not only as excessively harsh and invasive generally, but also as discriminatory against Muslims in particular.37 Moreover, the organization has filed numerous lawsuits seeking to limit the government’s ability to locate, monitor, and apprehend terrorist operatives. It consistently depicts American society as one that is rife with intractable racial injustice. And it works tirelessly to protect illegal immigrants against “governmental abuse and discrimination.”38 These (and many other) ACLU activities and policy positions are entirely consistent with those of Aryeh Neier and George Soros, as evidenced by the fact that between 1999 and 2008, OSI awarded $8.69 million in grants to the ACLU Foundation.39
    …………”

Trump ran into a vibrant community of student activists and civil- and immigrant-rights campaigners that has experience in organizing mass demonstrations and was energized by recent scandals over Chicago police shootings of young black men. The arena where the event took place is at the University of Illinois at Chicago, a diverse, big-city campus.
“We have a lot of groups that Trump and his campaigners attack, including Muslims, immigrants, undocumented people, Mexicans, blacks, the LGBT community,” said Juan Rojas, a 19-year-old neuroscience pre-med student and one of the protest organizers.
One Trump supporter even acknowledged that had Trump gone to the suburbs, it’s likely nothing would have happened.

But Chicago may not be a one-off: Activists in Kansas City, Missouri, say they’re also expecting to shut down the Trump event at a downtown theater Saturday
Besides mobilizing a big crowd, the Chicago protesters used some new tactics. They encouraged students to sign up for lots of tickets in an attempt to limit the crowd of actual Trump supporters, making the crowd appear to be an equal mix of those eager to cheer on the real estate mogul and those overtly opposed to his candidacy.

Once inside, protesters also stuck together in groups to avoid being set upon individually by angry Trump supporters, as has happened at past rallies. Still, some scuffles and fistfights broke out. But entering in force allowed protesters to break out in celebratory cheering and dancing when a Trump representative took to the stage to announce the rally had been cancelled.

“He didn’t even really finish his sentence before cheers started being heard,” said 19-year-old nursing student Casandra Robledo, another protest organizer.
But organizers like Robledo and Rojas said it was put together by student organizations on campus — via Facebook — with no affiliation to any political groups. About 100 campus leaders met a week before the rally to decide on a message and a strategy and printed flyers. Word spread quickly and protesters were able to pack both the auditorium and a parking lot outside.

Some of the Chicago organizers said they don’t plan to take part in any broader movement to dog the candidate elsewhere. They didn’t succeed in shutting down his rallies in Ohio and Missouri on Saturday but police had to separate a large group of protesters from Trump supporters in Kansas City.
A man tried to breach the security buffer at his event in Dayton, leading Secret Service agents to briefly rush the stage to surround him, but Trump finished his speech without apparent incident.

Trump was interrupted about a dozen times during his speech in Kansas City by protesters who had managed to get inside the theater where he was speaking.
While he asked his supporters not to hurt them, a visibly annoyed Trump also said he was “going to start pressing charges against all these people.”
“I hope they arrest these people, because honestly they should be,” Trump said to cheers.

For Sunday, protesters were prepping for a Trump stop in Bloomington, a central Illinois city of about 80,000.

      Mar 13, 2016 13:50 PM

Tufts University political scientist Michael J. Glennon gave a strong warning to the American people back in 2014 that you can vote all you want – but the Secret Government won’t change.
Glennon’s argument is that a small clique of so-called national security experts, who might otherwise be called elites from the military industrial complex, are always influencing policy makers and over-emphasising security threats.
Currently, the only candidate posing a real threat to these elites appears to be Donald Trump, who is claiming he wants ‘to get along with foreign countries‘, particularly Russia.
But, what is the main reason why we cannot fix this problem? Glennon says it’s ‘the pervasive political ignorance on the part of the American people”

While investors have embarked on a gold buying spree, increasing their holdings in exchange-traded funds by 18 percent this year, they reduced their assets in silver products by 1.2 percent through February, data compiled by Bloomberg show. That changed this month when ETFs backed by silver had their biggest inflows over three days since 2013, rising 500 metric tons to the highest since September.
Clients of Silver Bullion Pte, a supplier and storage provider of investment-grade coins and bars, think the metal’s cheapness relative to gold means a rally is in the offing, said Gregor Gregersen, chief executive officer and founder of the Singapore-based company. They’re also buying platinum because it’s near the lowest on record compared with the yellow metal.

Wow! Al, this interview with Glen was excellent!! Glen, you hit so many points that were spot on! The timing of this interview was perfect! Thanks for putting it together.

The protesters are the same people traveling around following Trump. That’s a fact. Some were holding Sanders signs outside the venue. The meeting in Georgia was obviously a strategy to take down Trump and Sanders, to pit them against each other. Trump and Sanders are creating a revolution and awareness that can’t be stopped, at this point. The establishment is front and center exposed ( even to the “not so” informed )

My prayers are with Trump and family. As these folks will do ANYTHING to stop him from getting elected.. And I hope we get a list of the attedees at the Georgia meeting. All of which should be investigated. They are tampering with and manipulating the political process.

The great news is, the American people are finally starting to wake up! That’s a start in the right direction. We are starting to inch our way back to being a republic. The oligarchy is absolutely getting exposed!

Rubio was sounding like a cry baby on CNN. Someone took his votes away. I think these protests could backfire and make Trump more popular.

In this video Luke Rudkowski documents the biggest legal change in privacy law that will have a profound affect on the American way of life. We go over Obama’s new guidelines that will allow the NSA to share all of your private information with other federal agencies for domestic policing. Canada has that already CFS. We have enjoyed such a thing for years. It is called the Registered Retirement Savings Program (RRSP) and what the government gives you is a significant tax break for each dollar you set aside for old age. I would not call it helicopter money though. Rather, it is an incentive to save and reduce the governments future pension liabilities.

      And its a brilliant idea.

It is a good thing, we also have tfsa and a program for saving for childrens education.
Personally, I use my tfsa for my trading account, no taxes, no paperwork, no issues.

Its not helicopter money by a long shot, not enough take advantage, lets not forget all the business loans and grant opportunities as well.
