    Whose freedom were he fighting for? We weren’t threatened. Why do we keep sending out kids into combat for no reason? If you support the American servicemen, you do not support them going into combat for no reason.

    This kid lost his arms and legs for nothing. I did not support that war then and I don’t support it now.

    If called upon, I would defend my country and my family. I do not support any meaningless war fought for no reason.

    If you love your county you will be against stupid wars.

      Mr Moriarty, I agree 100 % with You as a Vietnam Viet I never agreed with that war or any of these wars that have been of interference in nature. I have often found myself looked down on and been Shamed for being “ANTI WAR ” can You imagine that ! What is really Hypocritical

        is that some pray for peace ,but vote for WAR ! What is that all about ? The only Heroes are those that come home alive, not for what they went over for! These are Government wars not for are freedom but for Governments freedom to expand like Empires and clearly Unconstitutional. How Americans get behind all this Nonsense is beyond Me .Any Mr Moriarty your one of a few Americans I have read that Says it RIGHT. GOOD for YOU Your a truE Patriot !

      Supporting the U.S. Action Is Not THE Issue AND YOU Know that! So what would you like us to do, just forget about this young man?

      Come on Robert, we are focusing on this young man and not making a political statement to show how smart we are. Let’s not forget about him while we are basking in the sun

        Those pictures belong on every milk carton sold in the US. We need to remember that when we allow war, we get young men coming home in pieces. You think those pictures are wonderful and you wave the flag and you stand by and do nothing to prevent it in the future.

        Doing that to our children is not what makes America a great country. If you support American service people you need to demand we stop doing this to our kids. When people sacrifice, they should sacrifice for something.

        Guys who were in combat hate flag waving and sunshine patriots.

        No, I don’t recall Eisenhower’s speech. I have a few notches under my belt having intensely gaining knowledge last few years with regard to the coming NWO. Their plans are fascinating and very disgusting. The people unfortunately are powerless.

        Our Founding Fathers lost their lives and farms to install our Constitution and Bill Of Rights. It’s being shredded to pieces. Citizens just don’t understand how serious this is.

        It’s being ignored and now we are faced with a nation that is, I say is, because its falling like Rome and we definitely have Nazi’s running this nation right into the ground. Its all unfolding at this very moment. Few realize it or can see it.

        All within a war cycle. Ping !!!

    The only heroes in any war are those who fought against the war.

    While I feel for the young man who lost limbs fighting for nothing, I also think about the hundreds of thousands of young men and women whose lives have been destroyed through the constant wars of the last 15 years. During Vietnam a tour was either 12 months or 13 months depending on which service you were in. Some lifers would do two tours. I’ve met people now in the service who have done 4-5 tours, some of 15 months. Marriages cannot survive that. Service today is far worse than it was during Vietnam. We have destroyed our military and cannot defend the US today. That’s not a victory to be celebrated, that’s a defeat. We have aircraft squadrons where 2/3 of the planes cannot fly.

    100% of the refugee issue in Europe stems from the US war in Syria and Iraq. Both were illegal and meaningless. We need to be saluting those who were against the war and be standing in line to oppose useless wars.

    Please, someone tell me how going to a foreign country that was no threat to the US is fighting for our freedom. Fill me in. How does attacking innocent countries defend the US? Since when is taking freedom from other people defending your own country? What on earth have we turned into that we think that kids without limbs is simply wonderful?

    We need someone in America fighting for freedom, not in Iraq or Libya or Afghanistan or Pakistan or Somalia or Sudan or Iran or Syria. Waving the flag doesn’t qualify unless you are nothing but a cheerleader.

    To All and Al, I didn’t mean to offend anyone especially All our men living , those who lost there lives and the missing in action , as I am also a Vet and respect those who have served ! I am amazed at those of You who took it that way , I should have reworded it for those who want to look for something to pick at OF course Everyone should be Honored that should go without saying . What is Stupid is how Americans keep believing and support in the actions of this Government to SEND THESE Young men off to these stupid Wars and come back missing limbs, mental problems and a enormous amount of physical problems and then have them come Home to have a VA and Government give them hassles over there health care put them and there families under financial and mental stress , while fat gutted politicians get Top Notch Care and Supportive Americans keep voting these same WAR And Welfare and Politicians to keep doing the same thing over and over again . Now Thats Stupid !
