As of this recording, the conventional markets are firming up a bit and gold is weakening a bit.
Wouldn’t it be easier to remove misbehaving judges? Are not many of them clearly misbehaving? Appointed for life doesn’t mean they do whatever they want.
Judicial bias is hardly cause for removal! (In the eyes of the law, and separation of powers makes a judge removal impossible…….the court is the final arbiter! You think they will allow removal of a judge for “bias”?
Totally wrong. The Supreme Court is not the final arbiter. The people expressing their will through the House per the Constitution are the final arbiter under God. If the House says a justice is violating his oath to uphold, defend, etc. the Constitution, then he is misbehaving and can be removed. Let’s remember also that the Supreme Court gives OPINIONS, it doesn’t make law. They have no ability to force their decisions anybody.
Precedent?
No law could ever be enforced if its first application required a precedent? Logic?
Any Supreme Court judge who doesn’t understand the separation of powers should be taken out and shot. There are 4 or 5 on our court.
No, they ought to be removed from office and forced to earn an honest living.
That would be a virtual death sentence for the average bureaucrat.
Any judge or elected official who betrays the Constitution is a traitor, and the penalty for treason is death.
Interesting point, CFS
The New Western leeders ; Germany , Angela Merkel ; USA , Hillary Clinton ; ( UNITED KINGDOM ) ( Theresa May ) Day never stop !!!!
Surely by now no one truly believes the decisions of the US Supreme Court are without bias.
One simply has to observe historical decisions to KNOW that there is political bias.
I wish to note the parallelism between unelected, appointed for life judges on the US Supreme Court and the unelected unaccountable EU bureaucrats.
I believe it is time to change the Supreme Court by a Contention of the States to modify the Constitution.
