Is central banking a communist concept?

Our good friend Valentin Schmid, Business Editor at the Epoch Times recently published an article taking a look at central banks. He looked at the US constitution as well as the Communist Manifesto and found some disconcerting when it comes to the Fed and in general central banks.

It is an invention of GREEDY bankers. Unnecessary, except that it gives politicians an excuse.

In days of financial oppression it is a disgrace that the Federal Reserve is allowed a 6% commission, when savers get next to nothing.

How can it be described as communistic, when the benefits do not accrue to the general public but to greedy Shylocks.

    5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.

The Federal Reserve System, created by the Federal Reserve Act of Congress in 1913, is indeed such a “national bank” and it politically manipulates interest rates and holds a monopoly on legal counterfeiting in the United States. This is exactly what Marx had in mind and completely fulfills this plank, another major socialist objective. Yet, most Americans naively believe the U.S. of A. is far from a Marxist or socialist nation.

5th plank of Marx’s Communist Manifesto. Distinction is that Marx pushed for the kind of bank which Andy Jackson fought against. The private Fed goes Marx one better for the benefit of finance/private interests.

Exactly, Chris. Furthermore, Marx was hired by the wealthy (The League of the Just Men) to write the Communist Manifesto.

OFF TOPIC; but absolute proof Pelkosi is a senile partisan:
WASHINGTON (AP) — The Latest on President Donald Trump (all times local):

    10:50 p.m.

House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi is praising a federal appeals court decision against reinstating President Donald Trump’s ban on travelers from seven predominantly Muslim nations, saying Trump proceeded on the issue in an “incompetent and strategically incoherent” way.

Wrapping up their annual retreat in Baltimore on Friday, House Democrats reveled in the administration’s court loss. Pelosi said the ban would make Americans less safe.

APPOINTED judges opine against the people in their ELECTED president. Trump is legally permitted to IGNORE the opinion of the court. Congress can ABOLISH the court. The problem is ignorant people, lying media, and bullying gubmint goons.

The Federal Reserve is one of the most undemocratic institutions in the United States. But the average person on the street doesn’t understand and doesn’t care. Still, the gap between the have and the have nots continue to widen, with more money and power concentrated into fewer hands, just as Valentin described. Plus, the Trump hit piece media assassins are too busy and too vacuous to really pay attention to such matters of true importance.

Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution gives Congress the responsibility to “coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures”.

Your congressman or congresswoman typically does not have the first clue about our money system or even basic geography. There are exceptions of course, but by and large they have abdicated by default.

Well said Steele. Your above stated excerpt of the constitution needs to be read by all and sundry in order to understand the truly fraudulent ways of the fed. After all, they are actually a private entity!

“Your congressman or congresswoman typically does not have the first clue about our money system or even basic geography. There are exceptions of course, but by and large they have abdicated by default”. And who elected these fools….a sorry situation when 25% of the voting age public cannot tell you who the vice President is….a true sign of where this is headed..
