I have rarely seen such a partisan hatchet job as Ms. Sally Yates did on Flynn and Trump.
Flynn , if I remember correctly was a retired general who had served the US honorably for his military career. But not we are “told” he has lied about his connections with Russia so badly that he could be blackmailed.
About what he lied Yates could “not” tell us, because that is a classified “secret”. (and despite all the many other leaks, this has not.)
Apparently whatever he (Flynn) did, however, was not criminal, because no hint of criminal activity came out of the DoJ. (So how is it reasonable that he could be blackmailed? Just asking!)
Of course, the Democrats have repeatedly claimed the Russians have hacked them and favor Trump……without any shred of evidential support for that claim.

What was reluctantly admitted in the hearings today, however, was that there was NO HARD EVIDENCE of collusion between Trump and the Russians, or Flynn and the Russians.
Not hard evidence? Surprise, surprise!
