Look, I have little doubt that the private email servers that were wiped of 3,000 emails, and the electronic devices that were smashed with a hammer contained tons of nefarious transactions. I mean Hilly’s fingers were typing on them…. so yeah.

Of course they thought they were untouchable. They had their pieces in place on the chess board. Why should they worry?

One things that gives me some comfort is that these rings of connected families and power brokers are quick to throw their own to the wolves if things turn south, and sometimes they just turn their backs on a previously powerful individual or group. That may be what has finally happened to the Clintons with the scandals leading up to the election, the loss of the election, and this recent Uranium One story. Looks like Billy really should be concerned about keeping the lights on. 😮

At this stage, Mr. Tracy, I think that the transaction records are irrelevant as, at this stage of the game, the paper trails have been established.

Maybe OOTB. It may eventually get into the behind the scenes wargames be played with different administrations and heads of state. Not really a shocker if that is the case.

It seems most likely that it was just friends of the Clintons/Clinton Foundation donors that wanted to sell their mining business, and the Russians wanted to buy it. It doesn’t need to be any more complicated than that.

The Clintons just played match maker to facilitate the transaction (by getting government appointees under the Obama administration to rubber stamp the deal). Yes, Uranium is considered a strategic asset & potential fuel for weapons, so it needed to be reviewed and signed off by a number of people in 9 departments, but the Clintons were just playing their part to get paid speaking gigs for Bill(the Clinton Tax) and to hook up their pals for more donations. I don’t think that requires that they were trying to threaten national safety, but if there is a larger game being played, then it wouldn’t be the first or last time we’ll see a stunt like this.

Maybe there is more to it than that, and we’ll keep the door open for that possibility. Again, nothing would surprise me at this point.

That might sound logical, if, the Clintons…….did not have so much baggage starting in Little Rock…..Just start with Whitewater, Stealing of White House furniture , Travelgate, check out the number of death surrounding the “couple of death”, around 108 so far., Sex in the Oval Office, 33,000 email missing.. Questionable pardon of a known crook….on and on….
No, I think there is no doubt on this issue either…..in my mind.

All one has to do…..is start with the amount of money the Clinton left office with the first time…….They admitted being broke going into office,…….and 8 yrs later, they have amassed a fortune of money in a Trust of $140,000,000 , and three house in the millions.
How do you do that on a $400,000 a yrs salary. multiply that times 8 yrs……..and that is
only
$3.4 million , and that is if you received a 100% tax break……So , where did the other $136million come from……Like duh. I have been following these JERKS, from the time they were in Little Rock……They are BAD NEWS.

Yes the Clintons have all kinds of negative juju swirling around their political and personal lives that would make anyone’s skin crawl. As mentioned – not a fan…

However, I don’t think that necessarily has to mean that there is heinous plot behind the Uranium One deal. I think it was more helping massage the deal to get help out pals and get Billy speaking gigs.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure the Russians were being very strategic in wanting to capitalize on some of the US assets, but for all we know they may have approached a number of companies. Uranium One sold out their interests and made money. I believe that while Hillary may not have directly had the power to seal the deal, she was likely influential behind the scenes in shaping the perceptions of the projects with other Obama cabinet member. (publicly those department heads voted of their own volition with no interference though 🙂 ) My gut feeling is that it was Hilly and Billys long time friends and donors that they were supporting, and Billy got huge speaking fees with the Russians through her connections as Dept of State. They did this in tons of business transactions and different countries other than just this Uranium One deal, and each time Billy got a large “speaking fee.” That seemed to be the game they were playing and this was just one transactions.

They could not be that Stupid,,,,,,,the material was not just any minerals…..it was for NUKE war head material..

This is just a Chapter in a Larger Story………the way I see it.
Clintons are just one of the characters.

It also could have simply been used to fuel nuclear reactors. The Russians have nuclear deals with a number of countries and a nice sized fleet of reactors themselves.

I’m not saying it couldn’t be shipped to Iran or N. Korea or wherever, but just that the deal doesn’t demand it be used for nukes. Uranium One was selling their supply to Utility companies after all for energy generation.

We’ll likely never really know where the Uranium went is the simple truth.

I agree it is simply a chapter in the larger story of the Clinton’s empire.

Maybe we need to get Frank from Moscow on the case ….. 😉

For me personally, the Uranium One case was shut long ago. I’m moving on to greener pastures and waiting for the inevitable start of the next Uranium cycle with the current crop of candidates.

Playing with the BIg Boys is dangerous to your pocket book, unless you are part of the deal.

When you argue the case that this was simply assisting in putting together a deal that facilitated the sale of Uranium One, you forget one simple fact: “a sale involving 20% of the uranium assets of the U.S.”?

Yes Big Al – I remember it was for 20%, but we’ve found a bunch more Uranium since then and none of it is economic at current $20 spot prices because the politicians have largely snubbed the Nuclear Power industry for the last decade, in favor of subsidizing failed Solar & Wind projects. Again, the Obama Administration dumping huge amounts of nuclear fuel on the spot markets for years only crippled the Uranium Miners even further.

There is no shortage of Uranium at this point, and some companies are sitting on huge reserves that are shelved on standby. It really is a moot point that they sold 20% to the Russians because we have decades worth here or in Canada and nobody wants to produce at these prices. New reactors are at a standstill due to warped public policy & perceptions, so until that changes we have PLENTY of Uranium on the planet.
