Here is a note that our good friend Peter Boockvar posted on his site The Boock Report. Click here to visit Peter’s site and stay up to date on what he is watching everyday. It’s well worth your time if you want to stay up to date on significant data points and key market events.

As we enter the week with hopes for some trade document by week’s end and as we all debate what’s priced in and what’s not, the VIX on Friday closed at around the lowest level since early October 2018 at 12ish. Late Friday, the CFTC data for the week ended last Tuesday revealed that non commercial (speculators) in the VIX futures were the most net short on record. And this closed at 91, https://money.cnn.com/data/fear-and-greed/. Thus, to state simply, expectations are high.

I am hearing that Congress-critters are planning a repeat of 1913.
In 1913 a Congress sneakily passed the Federal Reserve Act, when many were absent from Washington celebrating Christmas.

THIS YEAR, with the acquiescence of Senate Republican leadership, Democrats are planning to remove Trump from office by a Senate vote to occur when many Republicans are out of DC for the holidays, but with Senate Democrats there or returning secretly for the vote.
    Luckily, NEWS LEAKS.

IPT has not made a new low in more than 6 weeks even though SLV did so on Friday and, again, today.

First Majestics results came in really nice 7 nov.
You can feel the strength AG shows like a day as today when silver and gold is struggling most of the day.
    Up over 4 %.
When silver turns AG will lead

THE BIGGEST DANGER (I mean this) to the U>S> is the funding of ATTORNEYS GENERAL and district attorneys by GEORGE SOROS.

Many of the supported CANDIDATES ARE EXTREME LEFT-WING SOCIALISTS/COMMUNISTS.

Texas had 58,000 votes in the 2018 election from ILLEGALS voting illegally. (and this is just from a fraction of districts.)

I suspect it is much, much worse in California.
Ballot harvesting in California is absurdly large.
Plus any illegal getting a driving license has extreme difficulty in NOT GETTING added to voting rolls. (If they don’t speak English well, I guarantee they will be added.)

Breakout: SILJ just made its highest close versus GDX since May 3rd and has broken above a Fibonacci fan resistance that is based on the 2018 high for that pair (5/22/18)…
