We have been talking a lot about the speculator short position in the VIX but this month could force them to unwind these positions if history is any indication.

The President and many members of his cabinet are working very hard on education reform, seemingly concentrating on choice at this point of time.
Clearly, as the U.S. has fallen behind in education, significant reform is necessary. School choice will be a start, but abolishing tenure would be a better step in my opinion.
The power of unions in education is more destructive than constructive.
