He does have a real “bump in the road” and it is truly unfortunate that he was simply being truthful. That is a major problem in our country and it will be for some time in the future.
Successful politicians learn to be full of tact and don’t act like a bull in a china shop.
I have the impression Bloomberg must surround himself with “yes”men.
Trump has stated he likes a vigorous discussion among his advisers.
Bloomberg likely had greedy sycophants stroke his ego, convincing him he had a shot at winning. He then paid the army of souless consultants to pursue his egocentric effort to save the democrats from self destruction. His actions have had the reverse effect, accelerating the decline of moderates who are looking for a savior at any price, and alienating the far left who hate billionaires controlling politics. He has done nothing good for anyone in his actions, but prop up the troll class of the internet and give MSM propaganda revenues.
I believe the Democrat nominee is now a choice between Bloomberg and Sanders, with Sanders definitely having the edge, but we are possibly headed into a brokered Convention, where all bets are off.
The Democrats simply do not have a viable candidate currently, and it probably does not matter, since barring an economic collapse, Trump is probably the winner.
I would definitely take out the word “probably” at this point. I would substitute the word “hopefully”
I know that I sound like an old curmudgeon, but some belief and values are hard to change especially if your don’t want to. I want to stress that really I believe in the “final judgement” and at times that belief keeps me sane.

I was the first to mention the virus in this blog two weeks ago, and have repeatedly covered details. Jimmy, you are correct about hands touching face etc., but that is totally insufficient. Recognize this is a bioweapon designed to spread, by direct touch, by droplet AND BY AEROSOL. As such, it is highly probable you will suffer from catching the corona virus.
Since I believe this cat is out of the the bag, not to be contained, what, then, is the best option.
PREPARE YOUR BODY to have the best anti-viral state possible.
1. Get plenty of sleep.
2. Take anti-viral medication which has proven to the extent known to have an effect on the corona virus.
e.g. Olive leaf extract, chaga mushrooms. Eventually we will hear of prescription anti-viral medication suitable. The Chinese are using chloroquine phosphate, which is a common anti-malarial medication. There will be others.
4. There are available hospital procedures, including oxygen use.
Finally, with regard to the covid-19 virus, there is much unknown.
Do not expect a vaccine. It is highly unlikely one will be found, since an effective vaccine for SARS has not been found.
The most serious unknown at this time is antibodies.
I have heard conflicting reports.
It has been claimed no antibodies have been produced in those afflicted. I DO NOT BELIEVE that.
It has also been stated that a second infection of this virus is attacked by anti-bodies such that the resultant cytokine storm is lethal. Unfortunately, I find this statement more probable.
It is all the more essential that you get your body in the best health to kill as much virus as possible on entry, so that it cannot get a foothold sufficiently large as to produce a cytokine storm reaction.

Finally, with regard to covid-19, it might make sense to consider what the Government might do.
Will they lock, or barricade people in their homes ? I don’t know. Clearly there are locations where the Chinese authorities have locked people in their homes. There are examples where food is being provide by buckets lowered from higher stories, etc. There also are reports wherein some people are locked up without provision for food.
Thus it might be a reasonable idea to store some basic provisions in house for extended stays.
Most viruses are killed by UV light, so it could be an idea to have capability of a UV light.
Sunlight itself may reduce virus spread.

This COVID 19 (Coronavirus) is troubling me in more ways than you can imagine.
First off ….I don’t like coincidences.
Second …. The lack of media attention along with the fake news (when there is any), is the key ….that they are intentionally controlling the narrative.
Third ……the responses by the CCP and the WHO are deficient on many levels.
To put some perspective to the conclusion that I have …….that this Corona Virus is a DELIBERATE ACT of a nefarious Government/Agency/Group …lets call them Globalists……and to support such I have reconstructed a timeline of events that are critical to the claim.
Q1 2018 – Trump instigates (US) Phase 1 far-reaching Trade Tariffs on China…based on the IP loss to our technology companies and the associated billions in lost revenue. In essence a Tech-War…. for world domination…something which the Chinese had demonstrated they were winning (it was causing angst among Western Globalists) and because it had ascended to throne and posed a threat to the ruling Elite.
Q2 2019 We see Phase 2 of the Tariffs being implemented because of the lack of action by China. China retaliates with their own tariffs and sanctions on American produce.
Trump’s call is to maintain the mantra of “MAGA ….. bring back manufacturing” …!!!
Impossible we say….they sold us out long time…..its never comin back…..the Globalists offshored everything except Fracking.

We have some FED speak after some normalisation attempts (proved to be futile)…and then Monetary stimulus in the form of rate cuts.
Come the middle of September ’19 we see a spike in the overnight rate and the FED engaging in outright QE/not QE REPO Operations. I have no doubt that there was an implosion in the financial system because of the “liquidity” issue…and that Banks were incapable of lending surplus funds via normal channels. Did the Banks in fact react to the financial stress or were they acting in preparation of another “tactic” about to be unleashed on the Globe ??
To this point we are still not any wiser about the state of the Global Economy but clearly the tariffs were impacting trade both at home and abroad. Germany went into a manufacturing recession and here at home we experienced a Retail apocalypse. Global GDP had been deteriorating for some time. Numbers were being manufactured and distorted to keep appearances of all is good. It was being carefully managed and hidden. We were in fact in a Global recession. The World was trapped with unrepayable Debt levels.
The Masters of Evil had to devise a plan to cover for the fading Global Economy and for system that was beyond any realm of hope and was soon to collapse under its own servicing requirements. They had failed and the system was failing. The plan had to dovetail into their Master Plan of World Control with centralization at the core.

Larry, as a scientist it may interest you to hear that I attended a lecture at Rice yesterday by Dr. Lisa Randall of Harvard on dark matter. Do you know of her work?
David Dubyne is a canny Scot. He is correct about sunspot cycles and on periodic cyclical variations in climate. However, the physics of the sun is just not understood. I have long supported his conclusion of a coming global 400 year temperature minimum about to occur.
There is one very recently reported piece of evidence that may negate this expectation. The dominant sunspot cycle is an eleven year cycle, and with each cycle, the Sun’s north and south poles trade places. Levels of solar radiation and ejection of solar material, the number and size of sunspots, solar flares, and coronal loops all exhibit a synchronized fluctuation, from active to quiet to active again, with a period of 11 years. It is thought that the earth magnetic pole flips with a periodicity of 400 years and it is the combination of terrestrial pole flip in conjunction with the solar pole flip that reduces the heating and creates the temperature minimum. The mathematics of the earth’s magnetic pole flip is not fully understood, as the correct magneto-hydrodynnamics of the earths interior is also not known. It had been thought that there were two more 11 year solar cycles yet before the Earth’s pole flip. But the most recent paper indicates a possibility of only one more cycle. Should that be the case, then this solar minimum will be less cold than recently thought. We should know in a few years.
OK-I am also remaing open to the ‘Modern Minimum’ where the tempuratures bottom and and stay depressed for a good 20 years…That is all I am saying…..The 11 years cycle low is due now and as such we will know in a few more seasons…thank you
The trouble Lisa Randall has is simple.
Given the known distribution of matter in the universe, the rate of expansion under gravity does not compute.
She has to to introduce extra matter (dark matter) to get gravitational theory to work.
The true solution is that gravity is not the only “operating system” of the galaxy.
She omits charged particle flow, current sheets and electromagnetic interactions therein. There is NO dark matter needed if you don’t make the assumption that the ONLY interaction is gravity, neglecting all magnetic fields.

As you trained in periodontics I would like your opinion on root canals. My dentist thinks they are safe, but many people on the internet say they are not safe.
I also believe that global cooling is more of a worry than warming and that carbon dioxide is a wonderful thing.
In reality all root canals micro- leak…So a sort of micro-sepsis is created…If chronic enough it can lead to heart disease or even joint erosion…I would rather have a titanium implant than a root canal for sure…

Thanks, Larry. I will never get another root canal. But I had one 28 years ago in an upper right molar, 4th from the back(including wisdom teeth which I still have). I’ve heard that if you go to a cancer clinic in Switzerland the 1st thing they do is have you remove all root canals. I have no apparent health problems yet at 71 but I wonder if I should have my root canal molar removed. My mom had a couple of root canals and lived to 98. Are you familiar with Mt. Vernon or Newton Falls, Ohio?
I have heard of both towns but been to neither….well i had a lower first molar for a few decades that had root canal plus crown…but a few years back I opted to remove it and put in a single implant crown package, because of the toxin issue..really happy with that change up..someday i will tell you my story of survival at the hands of the MD’s…they do things rote and cannot be reasoned with…

I majored in history in college and had to take 2 years of lab science in those ancient times, so I took physics from Brian O’Brien ,an Australian, my sophomore year and Biology 100 my junior year. By targetting stop and search in black areas, he certainly reduced crime. We all know black area have a higher proportion of crime, but it is not politically correct to admit it, and it certainly lost the black vote, which goes predominantly to Democrats.
By describing sexes as “he, she and it” Bloomberg lost the gay, lesbian and transgender vote; again part of the vote that has typically democrat. Finally by his limitation of drink size, as beneficial as it might be health-wise, he lost the vote of those that believe in freedom of choice. Bloomberg has an extremely difficult path from here on out, despite his domination of advertising.
