    Op-Ed by Daniel Bobinski

Ready for a bold statement? Here it is: We don’t have systemic racism in the United States. Yes, pockets of racist people exist, but America is being deceived. Legacy media insists America has institutional racism (finding it even in white milk), but people of color who’ve lived in multiple countries report that America is the least racist country they know.

No, contrary to the narrative being forced down our throats, the flareup of violence we’re experiencing in the United States is not about race – it’s a result of broad disparities in cultures and worldviews.

    What is a worldview?
One way to identify a worldview is by how one explains 10 facets of a society. Those are:

Theology (What does one believe about God?)
    Philosophy (What is real?)
Biology (How did life come to be?)
Psychology (What is the nature of man?)
Ethics (How do we determine right and wrong?)
Sociology (What is the necessary social structure?)
Law (How do we determine which laws to establish?)
Politics (Who makes and enforces those laws?)
Economics (How do we manage the exchange of goods & services?)
History (How do we view past, present, & future events?)
Those holding a Judeo-Christian worldview generally answer these questions a certain way, while Marxists answer these questions quite differently. And the cultures that result from these differing values are worlds apart.

    America’s founding: A Judeo-Christian worldview
In the National Archives you can find a letter written by John Adams to Thomas Jefferson, dated June 28, 1813. In that letter, Adams wrote about what unified the representatives from the 13 colonies when they created the nation now known as The United States. The quote below is long and uses spellings, grammar, and punctuation common of that time, but I think it’s important to present the full meaning of what Adams had to say:

“The general Principles, on which the Fathers Achieved Independence, were the only Principles in which, that beautiful Assembly of young Gentlemen could Unite, and these Principles only could be intended by them in their Address, or by me in my Answer. And what were these general Principles? I answer, the general Principles of Christianity, in which all those Sects were United: And the general Principles of English and American Liberty, in which all those young Men United, and which had United all Parties in America, in Majorities Sufficient to assert and maintain her Independence.

We also have writings from John Jay, who served as President of the Continental Congress, Governor of New York, and the first Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court (appointed by Washington). In a 1797 letter to Jedidiah Morse, who was compiling a history of the American Revolution, Jay wrote:

“Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers, and it is the duty, as well as the privilege and interest of our Christian nation to select and prefer Christians for their rulers.”

Allow me to also quote John Adams again, this time writing when he was the sitting President of the United States, in a 1798 letter to the Massachusetts Militia:

“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

I could cite hundreds of such quotes from our Founders, plus provide biographies showing their leadership roles in Bible societies and missionary efforts, but that is not the purpose of this column. I say these things only to support the fact that our Founders were united, as Adams said, by the general Principles of Christianity. Today we would use the term Judeo-Christian worldview.

The Marxist worldview of Antifa and Black Lives Matter
As reported in the Washington Times, former National Security Council staff member and Pentagon “irregular warfare” expert Richard Higgins said, “The ideology of Antifa is, at its center, Marxist-Leninism.” Additionally, Higgins said, “Antifa’s goal is nothing less than fomenting revolution, civil war and silencing America’s anti-communists.”

The Washington Times article also tells us:

“The name Antifa is derived from the Moscow-based Communist International that in 1933 directed the Soviet-led Communist Party USA to form the American League Against War and Fascism. That group was patterned after Germany’s Antifascist Action — or Antifa — formed in 1932.”

“CPUSA leader Manning Johnson testified to Congress in 1953 that the goal of the front group was never the abolishment of fascism, but rather ‘the subversion and subsequent overthrow of the United States.’”

Visit the website of Antifa. Look over their list of demands. I guarantee they will not align with the culture and worldview that draws people to want to live in America.

Instead, you’ll see goals that subvert and dismantle the culture of the United States.

As you probably know, Antifa is working with the organization Black Lives Matter. Not surprisingly, one of BLM’s founders, Patrisse Cullors, has said that BLM’s leaders are “trained Marxists,” and demands listed on the Black Lives Matter website also align with an overthrow of American culture. As more evidence, BLM refers to its members as “comrades,” and they advocate for the disruption of the “Western-prescribed nuclear family structure.”

In other words, these organizations aren’t hiding their worldview. However, the smokescreen of “systemic racism” gives them a tactical advantage. After all, nobody wants to be called a racist. And it’s working! Misguided Americans are kneeling before the people who want to destroy their way of life.

I’ve got news for the kneelers. The Marxists don’t respect nor accept your appeasement. Instead, they are emboldened to fight harder because they see you don’t hold fast to the principles that made America strong.

The riots are not about racism
What many Americans don’t realize is these “race” riots didn’t spring up organically. The Washington Times tells us that Antifa and their fellow Marxist groups “began planning to foment a nationwide anti-government insurgency as early as November” of last year. This was long before the death of George Floyd. His death was merely the spark they needed to start their insurrection.

Readers might also find it interesting that on January 3rd of this year, the World Socialist Web Site published an article titled, The decade of socialist revolution begins. The opening paragraph of that article reads, “The arrival of the New Year marks the beginning of a decade of intensifying class struggle and world socialist revolution.” A coincidence? I think not.

By the way, know that the Marxists will be adhering to Saul Alinsky’s rule #8, which is, “Keep the pressure on; Never let up.” This means we can expect this Marxist violence to continue at least until election day. And since this is the decade of socialist revolution, probably much longer.

Also, expect the legacy media to continue telling us this “struggle” is all about race. It’s plain to see. Marxists and their friends in the legacy media are blaming the violence on structural racism as well as on President Trump, whom they accuse of stoking a race war.

It’s a standard tactic of the political left: Accuse others of what you are doing.

    Think for yourself
Six months ago, poll numbers clearly showed that blacks in America were not being oppressed. As a result of Trump’s policies benefiting American blacks, black support for Trump went from 8% in 2016 to over 40% in January 2020. Here are just a few of the reasons why:

Economic conditions created by Trump’s policies gave blacks in the United States the lowest unemployment numbers since records were kept
Poverty rates for African and Hispanic Americans had reached record lows
Legislation was signed giving Historically Black Colleges and Universities new, permanent additional annual funding of $255 million
In 2018, the White House moved to give “national monument” designation to a number of historic sites with special importance to African Americans, one of which being Camp Nelson, a landmark commemorating the contributions of black soldiers in the Civil War
The five metropolitan areas with the largest black populations — New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, and Washington, D.C. — all saw black median household incomes increase substantially, from rates of 7 percent in Washington, D.C., to a massive 21 percent in Atlanta
There’s no way Democrats can win an election with 40% of blacks supporting Trump, so they had to paint Americans and Trump as racist. Unfortunately, with short memories, many Americans are buying the narrative. In case I haven’t made myself clear, let me say it again: The race riots are not about race. Marxist organizations are trying to overthrow our government.

Remember the words of John Adams: “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” Because the Constitution and Marxism do not mix, Marxists are destroying the culture that surrounds the Constitution.

In closing, let me reiterate what I’ve said in previous columns and also in my podcasts. The time for compromise is over. If Americans buckle and give concessions to the Marxists, Marxists will be empowered to keep pushing. The Marxist method for infiltration is always “two steps forward, one step back,” and they’ve been chipping away at America this way for decades. But this time, don’t expect them to take a step back. They believe they’re close to victory, and they will loot, burn, and kill to make it happen, all while spinning the news to make it look like those with a Judeo-Christian worldview are at fault.

Marxists will say we’re mean for not compromising. That’s okay. Immature children always say adults are mean when adults don’t give in to the children’s temper tantrums.

One final thought. It won’t change many Marxist minds, but if America is to remain a free country, this information needs to be shared with people who don’t have time to investigate beyond what the legacy media tells them. After all, the legacy media is on the side of the Marxists – busily convincing Americans that they’re racists and don’t know it, or they’re racist because they drink white milk. We must, as Adams said, be united in majorities sufficient to assert and maintain our independence.

The marxist strawman is a most useful canard. Here we live in a capitalist paradise and the people are taking to the streets because they are communists? Gimme a break!

America shares with marxism the belief in a foundational document–the manifesto for the commies and the constitution for for us. By invoking the constitution Mr. Bobiinski shows he is little better than those he opposes because for him the constitution is a standin for rational thought.

The people in the streets are not communists. They are Americans.

Being American does not stop you being a Marxist or a communist.

However, being an American AND a Marxist, just means you’re stupid.

When, EVER, has Marxism or Communism succeeded for any long period of time ?

NEVER, because it destroys incentives and motivations for hard work.
ALL of the worst atrocities that have occurred in the last few centuries have been by the hands of communist leaders. Please Note. I am not saying the U.S. is guilt-free; merely that the very worst atrocities are due to communist leaders.

It is nothing but plain old ignorance that causes you to think that the U.S. is a capitalist paradise.
“What we have today is not the free market but “crony capitalism,” an altogether different matter. Government and business are in a predatory partnership that extracts wealth to its own benefit. The fact that many suffer under the present system should occasion no surprise. Predatory “cronyism” has existed throughout history and has been the main block to economic progress.”

I recently informed this forum That both Black Lives Matter are largely fronts for the Democrat Party.
Certainly Money raised by these organizations go to DeepBlue and then Most of that money goes not back to BLM or Antifa, but to the Democrat Party.
Check back over recent posts by me in the last few days for proof.

Now about BIDEN, the incompetent crook.

What’s the typical way politicians defraud the public ?
They start a foundation or charity.
    Biden is no exception.
So Biden started a “NON-PROFIT” foundation for cancer research.
It’s tax exempt, of course, just like the crooked Clinton Foundation, but it’s primary function is to raise money and employ relatives.

    https://www.breitbart.com/2020-election/2020/06/25/biden-cancer-initiative-spent-heavily-on-salaries-before-shuttering/

It disgusts me that so many scum politicians, lie, cheat and steal, while they are supposedly public servants. Biden is typical of these, but not very bright.

(Remember, of course, he was even bright enough to write his own speeches when first running for Congress but chose to plagiarize (from my memory) Neil Clinnock or some similar named British politician.

It has always been my belief that Covid-19 entered the U.S. in late October 2019, having been released in Wuhan in probably early October.
Increasingly evidence is appearing to support my beliefs.
USA Today excerpts: Story about McCains, Sylacauga, Alabama
Both McCains believe Tim nearly died after experiencing an extreme medical reaction triggered by the novel coronavirus. Evidence supporting the belief Tim McCain had COVID-19 in December is convincing.

First, both McCains have tested positive for COVID-19 antibodies (from the Abbott IgG assay).

Second, both of the McCains experienced virtually all of the COVID-19 symptoms, including more unique symptoms typically associated with COVID-19. In addition to Tim and Brandie McCain, at least four other people in the couple’s immediate circle of daily contacts also developed symptoms typical of those who have tested positive for COVID-19.

Third, numerous details of Tim’s clinical case history mirror those of COVID-19 ICU patients in Wuhan China (here and here) and later in the United States.

Four, according to Brandie McCain, many of those who cared for Tim soon came to believe Tim’s severe illness was indeed caused by COVID-19.

Until last month, the Alabama couple believed they might be the first confirmed, or likely, COVID-19 patients in the country. However, stories in The Seattle Times and The Palm Beach Post have identified at least 13 other people who had COVID-19 symptoms as early as November and December. Like the McCains, all 13 tested positive for COVID-19 antibodies. But none of these individuals came close to dying.

Hospital quarantine policies enacted six weeks after Tim was discharged from the Birmingham hospital preclude family members of COVID-19 patients from being with their loved ones. Because of this, Brandie McCain is perhaps the only family member of a critical COVID-19 patient in the United States who witnessed the “sheer hell” such patients endure.
“I know what they would see,” says Brandie, who never left the hospital during her husband’s 24-day hospital stay. “It is bad … It is bad.”

The McCains are also bewildered they’ve yet to be contacted by a single state or national
health care official seeking information regarding the circumstances of their cases, including information on how and when they may have contracted the novel coronavirus and who else they may have infected.

“You would think that someone would be testing us for antibodies every week if for no other reason than to see how long these antibodies last,” says Brandie.

CDC officials have pushed back the date when “limited community transmission” of SARSCoV-2 may have begun in this country. However, this new timeline begins at least one month after Tim and Brandie McCain report the onset of their first COVID-19 symptoms.

According to an announcement made May 29th at the CDC’s first press briefing in two months, “Information from diverse data sources (now) suggests that limited community transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in the United States occurred between the latter half of January and the beginning of February,” reported NBC News.

“There was no indication the virus had been introduced into the U.S. earlier, in Novem
According to Brandie McCain, no person “search(ing) for clues of the first cases on U.S. soil” has contacted the McCains, who might qualify as “Patients Zero” in the nation. At least one of Tim’s care-givers at Grandview Medical Center told the couple to expect such a follow-up from epidemiologists, “which never happened,” says Brandie.
Brandie McCain says she’s remained in contact with several individuals who provided medical care to her husband at Grandview Medical Center in January. According to Brandie, by mid or late February, she’d spoken with these individuals about the possibility Tim might have had COVID-19. “Everyone” she talked to shared the opinion that Tim almost certainly did have COVID-19, says Brandie.

    Suits Against State Officials
Courts may open their doors for relief against government wrongs under the doctrine that sovereign immunity does not prevent a suit to restrain individual officials, thereby restraining the government as well.113 The doctrine is built upon a double fiction: that for purposes of the sovereign’s immunity, a suit against an official is not a suit against the government, but for the purpose of finding state action to which the Constitution applies, the official’s conduct is that of the state……

If the official swears a oath to uphold the law and then CHOOSES TO DELIBERATELY IGNORE THE LAW, they lose immunity from court actions.
