What is so insane about that chart above about the traits of “White Culture” in America is that those attributes have nothing to do with race.

As far as I know, all N95 masks come with one valve and N99 and N100 come with 2 valves.
Basically the higher the number the harder it is to breathe in air…..it takes longer.
So on exhaling the air is NOT filtered, but the valve opens to allow a speedier exhalation.
(So much for the proposition that by wearing a mask, you are protecting other people against your possible infection…..It’s B.S.)
The normal surgical mask is pretty useless as a filter, because depending on manufacturer, it filters out between 44% and 87% of particulate matter.
A surgical mask stops direct breathing, coughing and sneezing and dribble basically, but not much else.
No masks will filter out all SARS CoV-II viruses, which are 0.09 mincrons size, but will stop larger airborne water droplets.

It was available over-the counter in England as an anti-malarial drug. I had some and dumped it when I moved to California.
that is right CFs…if it was available OTC today i would be a buyer…currently I have to hope that quercitin 500mg is an effective enough ionophetre of zinc…america, the best medical…..
I will use Quercetin + melatonin as my Ionophore, since melatonin is supposed to enhance or catalyse the quercetin behavior. (I do not understand the physical chemstry of such an enhancement, but was told by a biochemist that the combination was several times better than quercetin alone.) I don’t think it necessary to use these prophyllactically, but just at the first sign of symptoms of covid-19.
On the other hand I am taking Vitamins C and D and zinc, daily.
