Not being as emotional as I am, Jim remains optimistic regarding the Fall Election. I certainly hope that he is correct especially after watching commentary tonight and reflecting on the USA Watchdog that I posted earlier.
So far, I have seen no price drops although, I did talk with an attorney whose office is in the heart of downtown had he said there is a line waiting to get out. Kathy and I will now only visit when we want to see our children. I will never stay overnight in the city except at their home.
At my Bible Study yesterday where my Brothers are all former law enforcement officers with the exception of one who is a retired Navy Seal instructor decorated by the President are all very disappointed and truly concerned.

I did not know how to phrase my statement precisely.
We measure prices in dollars, but dollars are not necessarily a constant measure.
i.e. The price of a house in Seattle may go up in dollars, but that amount of dollars taken to a more stable location in say, Northern Florida, will buy less and less of a house over the years.
I did realize that after I read your post, CFS. Seattle is one of the most disappointing cities, in my mind, in America!

After we lost over $100K on a rental that we owned, I learned that land lords have absolutely no rights even when your tenants are breaking the law on your property and you have to literally pay them to move out.

Many of the large silver producers have been selling on very slim profit margins.
If your profit margin is 10%, then a 15% increase in sales price can be a 150% increase in profit, if costs stay the same. Share prices will reflect big jumps in profits.
