Northern Lights Resources – A sub $10million market cap with projects in Nevada and Arizona and a JV with Reyna Silver
Jason Bahnsen, CEO of Northern Lights Resources joins me to recap news released today regarding a JV/option deal with Reyna Silver for the Medicine Springs Property in Nevada. the Company also holds the Secret Pass Project in Arizona and plans to be drilling in less than 2 months.
Jason and I discuss the background of both projects and the exploration that will begin at each in the near term. We also outline some of the Company’s fundamentals including share structure, cash in the bank, and management background.

reyna is RSNVF, down heavily today, on no news as far as I can tell.
I’m attributing the down day to the news back on June 4th (4 months ago). The Company completed a PP and today was when all the shares became free trading. This could be a trend for the next few months as all the financings will be coming free trading.
