Today more then ever young African Americans are getting educated and the pregnancy rate for out of wed lock is decreasing. New York times reported that single motherhood is on the decline overall. The birthrate for unmarried mothers which had been steadily increasing since the early 1980’s peaked in 2008 and has declined 14% since. These declines were sharpest among Black and Hispanic women. All of whom have typically had the highest rates of single motherhood.
Finally someone might look at Soros funding of BLM violence.

I have hired uneducated African Americans that are hard workers for construction work, even though it often took more of my time to have to explain how to do things.
80% of black children born outside of marriage IS A NUMBER THAT IS STILL INCREASING. That does not augur well for the future.
As for joining gangs. Are there no black authority figures to end gangs ?
That alone is reason to vote for Trump and his significant reduction of MS13, whereas Kamela turns a blind eye on Californian gangs.
