I have been taking 2000 IU of D-3 for a few years (for arthritis type), in addition to my daily vitamin which is 800 IU. My DV is also 20mg in zinc. Hopefully this vitamin/mineral intake is a preventative also.
I took 4,000 IU daily…plus about 800 form a multi-vitamin…but a D3 blood test showed I was still on the low side so I upped it to 5,000 IU plus the multi-vitamin

A round of golf must be equivalent to a few thousand I.U., so I think 4,000 to 5,000 pretty good sized safe daily dose for most men.

Currently with CO2 concentration decreasing, the Global temperature has been increasing.
In fact, the correlation is with solar output, not CO2 concentration at all.

I have had a PCR (Up the nose) test, which was negative.
But I’m pretty sure I caught Covid-19 about a year ago when I was in Shanghai on my way back from Australia. It obviously did not kill me, but I developed most of the common symptoms and have decreased lung capability to this day….shortness of breath on minimal exercise. When/if vaccines become compulsory, at my convenience, I will get an anti-body test. But I’m not getting any vaccines ever again.

A more appropriate adult dose is a few thousand International Units daily.
