Not as far as I know. There is no suit for monetary damages pending in Ukraine.
As far as I know there is a criminal indictment, either filed or pending.

My problem is that the US press outright lies regarding Joe Biden.
There are statements in UK press and German press stating that Joe has been charged criminally. There is a statement in the French press which denies criminal charges, post-dating the Telegraph (UK) coverage.
My German is now sufficiently poor that I could make a mistake in tense of a verb.

I’m not sure, despite what supposed pundits may say, that Trump is without options.
I believe Trump thinks that the vote on January 6th will be changed to re-elect him in the Trump-Pence ticket.
I have been carefully monitoring Trump’s exact use of words, and while he has been reported as saying he would not use Martial Law, nowhere have I heard mention that he would not invoke the insurrection Act. (And that is not the same as Martial Law.)
It is therefore possible, that after January 6th, if decisions are not made to re-elect the Trump-Pense ticket, that Trump will take further extreme action.
There are all kinds of actions under RICO laws that would stop Biden from taking the Presidency, if the NSA has information of conspiratorial actions.
Since I do not know exactly what intelligence agencies have, it is difficult to predict Trump’s options.
I also am not sure how many potentially treasonous officials there are within the agencies that would stop information of conspiracies from reaching Trump.
I do not have a Law degree, but I have practised law pro se in Indiana many times (Even to the Indiana Supreme Court). I always read the relevant statutes, and precendent case law.

Jeffrey Epstein suffered injuries to his neck that were more in line with homicide by strangulation than suicide. Specifically, Epstein’s hyoid bone broke during his death, which is a common injury in older suicide victims. Given Epstein’s age, the injury he suffered to his neck was unlikely unless it were a homicide.
X-ray photos exist of his broken neck bone. The two autopsy reports are also available;
one by N.Y. Corrections, and a private one paid for by Mark Epstein.
Anything is possible, but there is substantial evidence for him being dead.
