Thanks Glen. Hope you’re bang on again. I’m more or less treading water as mining is my biggest core so the pots and other sectors are just barely staying ahead of my mining losses….well minimizing my gains would be better way to put it. I’m just being a sour puss today
Matt if your out there I know you see what I’m seeing on the daily, weekly! Can you kindly post a chart showing the left shoulder head and right shoulder forming now on this inverse head and shoulder.

Glen, that H&S pattern is not ideal but I like what I see even if we ignore it. A move above 1864 will activate a nice little double bottom while a move to a new low would probably spell big trouble for the whole sector. I “like” that part only because it is so clear. A lot of people think we’ve just had the first of two legs down but I don’t think so. It doesn’t look right for that. Of course, a new low doesn’t seem right fundamentally either but then a lot of moves have not seemed fundamentally supported before they happened. That’s why it’s important to go with the charts and not our perceptions most of the time.

I’d prefer not see those November lows at $1767 approached in Gold.
It would also be ideal to see Gold bottom above the 233 day EMA (in closing price terms).
How ‘natural’ to use Fibo periods.

The JV for O3 Mining’s Garrison project to be combined with Moneta Porcupine’s Golden Highway project, is a wise strategy, and reminds me a lot of what Treasury Metals did recently to combine their Goliath project with First Mining’s Goldlund project to create a larger combined resource, get better access to funding, and a more attractive path forward for the combo-project moving forward into development and production.

This morning as the markets opened I picked up a position in (RWM) ProShares Short Russell2000NYSE.
The United States is a precarious place at present politically, in complacency, and especially with the economic fallout from the pandemic for small businesses on Main St. still not yet fully registering with Wall St.
The Russell 2000 has been racing higher and higher for a long time now, and I haven’t shorted the general markets in a long time; but suddenly have a growing feeling that we are about to see some real volatility in the markets.

Well, I also have been nibbling at mining stocks into this morning’s weakness, and just picked up some HL Hecla shares at $5.39 to get that position going. Over time I’ll move funds from CDE Coeur over to HL, but today, it seemed best to just deploy some dry powder and fire off a cannon ball that direction.
Sold a little (UUUU) Energy Fuels in the premarkets at $4.29, and just picked those shares right back up at $3.93.
Bought back the (URG) shares at $1.01, that I sold earlier this week at $1.07 and $1.26.
Added a bit more URG at $.97.
I’m not sure what happened to my last post, but I bought some more Sandstorm Gold. I also added to my positions in Endeavour Silver, Excellon, and Americas Gold & Silver, and sold out my position in Vox Royalty. HL and RWM were the only 2 new positions started this morning.
Added a bit more to my Impact Silver and Golden Minerals positions, and slightly trimmed back my Trevali holdings.
