This has nothing to do with “expert” climate science theory but with not fully understood physics of the sun within the solar system. The 11 year solar cycle is not fully understood at all, but has been measured and known for over 200 years.
The sun IS THE MAJOR CONTROL over earth temperatures, and also has 400 year and approx 12,000 year periodicities. We are approaching a combination of the two long period cycles minima…….a grand solar minimum, which is expected to dominate climate change; despite the expert climate scientist’s assumption that solar radiation is constant.
I have studied the “climate story” extensively and I agree with you as do all of the members of our Book Club.
According to my calculations if all of the man made CO2 was eliminated today the temperature would change much less than .003 deg. C. They say that they have measured the temperature change, and they have been cough rigging the data. In order to measure the climate temperature change with a signal to noise ratio of 1 you would have to integrate the data for 50,000 years. the temp of the earth is in equilibrium with heat lost and gain balanced.

Depending on the vaccine, it has been demonstrated that at a minimum a vaccine may ameliorate the severity of covid-19, and possibly eliminate the possibility of hospitalization or death.
Given, that after vaccination, covid-19 is reduced to a less severe disease than influenza, even for people with multiple comorbidities, AND GIVEN THAT WEARING MASKS REDUCES BLOOD OXYGEN LEVELS, which may cause damage, I must ask “why are we still required to wear masks AFTER vaccinations.
It is not logical with regard to health risks.

I find it interesting that Newsome encouraged vote harvesting and did not care at all about signature matching or positive identification measures in the 2020 election, now is immensely concerned about signature verifications in the recall voting.
Of course, I totally expect that interest to abate before the 2022 mid-terms roll araound.
I also hope the nepotist-receiver Governor will have been removed from power by then.
I sincerly hope that strict controls will be place on counting ballots in the future. They may very well be becvause they could make The Liberals actually look very good.

LA school board cuts one-third of police and replaces them with ‘climate coaches’
he Los Angeles public school district has voted to ax 133 members of its police force — and replace them with school “climate coaches” to help black students.
The district’s board voted Tuesday night to cut the Los Angeles School Police budget by $25 million, losing 70 sworn officers, 62 non-sworn officers and one member of support staff, the force said.
The money will help create a $36.5 million new Black Student Achievement Plan, with most of it used to hire “climate coaches” at secondary schools, the Los Angeles Times said.
The coaches “will provide students with an advocate on campus who is trained and focused on implementing positive school culture and climate,” a school report said.
They will use “effective de-escalation strategies” while “building positive relationships and elevating student voice, eliminating racial disproportionality in school discipline practices, and understanding and addressing implicit bias,” the report said.
The cuts amount to 28 percent of the police department’s staff, and defied “significant opposition” among parents and staff, the force said.
“Make no mistake, this will impact student and staff safety,” warned Rob Taylor, the president of L.A.’s School Police Management Association.

There was, in the hours following Rush Limbaugh’s death Wednesday at the age of 70, a rush of praise and of judgment-passing about his career and what it meant in the world of politics. The human stories about Limbaugh tended to get lost if you didn’t look hard enough.
Thankfully, country music superstar John Rich was there to remind us.
In 2011, Rich was one of the final two contestants on “Celebrity Apprentice,” hosted by our future former president, Donald Trump. (In a contemporary piece that has aged like a chef’s kiss, Billboard noted that “Trump was presiding over ‘The Celebrity Apprentice’ just six days after declaring he wouldn’t run for the White House in 2012. For several weeks, Trump had floated the idea of a Republican presidential candidacy during a publicity-commanding blast that seemed conveniently to coincide with the current season of his TV show.”)
For the unacquainted, “Celebrity Apprentice” involves celebrities of various levels of fame competing to win money for their favorite charities by completing business tasks.
Rich would eventually win the 2011 season, beating actress Marlee Matlin in a final contest involving promotional campaigns for a brand of soda. The singer, half of the duo Big & Rich, went on to earn $250,000 for his charity of choice, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

In 2008, it was named a national comprehensive care center by the National Cancer Institute.
“The mission of the St. Jude Comprehensive Cancer Center is to advance cures for pediatric cancer through research and treatment. St. Jude is the only NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center dedicated solely to children,” its NCI profile states.
Before going on “Celebrity Apprentice,” Rich, a longtime St. Jude supporter, had set a personal goal of using the appearance to raise more than $1 million for the hospital, he told Fox News on Wednesday.

As a friend of Limbaugh’s, he reached out to the radio host and got a welcome answer, he said.
“When I was on Celebrity Apprentice, Rush Limbaugh made a donation of $100,000 dollars to St Jude Children’s Hospital to support them, and my mission on the TV Show under the condition that he remained anonymous,” Rich tweeted Wednesday.
“I never said a word until now. He will be missed. #RIPRushLimbaugh.”
