Mike in Albuquerque – Here the answer back from Vince at Nomad:

      ____________________________________________________________________________

Each whole Unit is comprised of one Nomad common share (a “Nomad Share) and one-half of a common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”).

Each full Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one additional Nomad Share at a price of C$1.71 for a period of two years following the date hereof (Nov 19, 2020).

If the daily volume-weighted average trading price of Nomad Shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange exceeds the Warrant exercise price by at least 25% for any period of 20 consecutive trading days after one year from the date hereof, Nomad will have the right to give notice in writing to the holders of the Warrants that the Warrants will expire 30 days following such notice, unless exercised prior thereto.

Post consolidation you now need 10 warrants to exercise 1 common share.

    Good interview

Cory thanks for asking about the full year outlook (had the same question in mind)

    Can you clarify the numbers?

Vicent said $35-37 million for the full year
He also said Q3/Q4 would be back at $7 million

    If I do the calculation H1 = $14 million + Q3 + Q4 ($7 million each) I get $28 million revenue?

That would be less than last year.

With Blyvoor ramping up, Caserones inclusion and potentially Woodlawn back on line we expect to have over $7m per quarter.

The number would have been just as steady state, similar to Q4 2020, which was $6.8M

        Ex, thanks for the anwser

$7 million per quarter doesn’t give them $35 mio cash margin for the full year?

I listened to the interview again. At 5:10 Vince says $35-37 mio cash margin 2021 estimate?

        Aug 06, 2021 06:25 AM

$35-37 mio is probably the estimated cash margin for 2022?

    Aug 03, 2021 03:27 AM

I think many were disappointed with the Q2 numbers that were 20% lower than last year

Last year, we had 2 one-time deliveries of 2,450 ounces each as part of the initial pre-pay, which was higher than what we receive at the moment (900 ounces)
