The man who was shot in the arm was trying to grab the rifle, but Kyle had hold of the butt and trigger guard. It was not a diffficult shot…..it was inevitable to hit the guy’s arm.
The other shots were at fairly close range, I believe made without sighting, but close enough that general alignment of the rifle was sufficient to be accurate.
I do not believe Kyle guilty of murder or manslaughter.
However, based purely on psychology, it would not surprise me if the jury found a minor misdemeanor charge on which to hang a guilty verdict……to punish Kyle for stupidity of being there, even though not an illegal presence.
I don’t know the exact number of times the rifle was fired, but I believe there was at least one warning shot. Since such a shot is not a self defense firing, the jury could find Kyle guilty of illegal discharge of a weapon within city limits.

Had my experiences with some poor dental practices and learned fortunately how to take care of my teeth from one really reputable dentist in the family. He was a perfectionist, very compassionate, extremely cordial and a true professional of very high integrity. You get what you pay for. His dental work was not the cheapest but when he was finished, you know it was lasting quality. Some dentists will sabotage your teeth and nothing but problems and very costly to undo all the mistakes.

Then comes famine, price of food is soaring we’re seeing that now. Only to increase multiple times and in the last days a financial collapse. We’re seeing the signs of that everywhere, our financial system is doomed, unless you’re living under a rock. War will be part of the landscape and there’s major loss of life 30% of the world’s population is completely wiped out. That’s only the beginning of sorrows. In 7 years time everything is destroyed and there is very few survivors on the Earth. There is a new Heaven and Earth and the Lord Jesus God rules for eternity because man is incapable of ruling.
