The prosecutor in the Rittenhouse case WAS NOT A RANK AMATEUR, but he certainly acted like one.
He asked questions of witnesses to which he did not know the answer. No good attorney does that.
I am concerned that the jury has not been and is not now sequestered.
That also is a no-no in a case which has so high piblic interest.
Is the prosecutor WANTING the general public to pressure the jury into a guilty verdict ?
I dont know if the justice system has been full of justice for a long time.

The crypto rout is getting interesting. No offense to those that are in cryptos however it’s always been a worthless bubble as far as I’m concerned. Never did meet my investing rules and principles avoiding heavy losses.
With everyone desperately pitching cryptos lately it’s becoming a real fad and of course a big accident waiting to happen. Never have and never will have any FOMO. It doesn’t meet my investing criteria to avoid losses and the odds of success of at least 90% or better preferably 95%, otherwise it’s considered pure gambling like throwing darts at the board.
There’s a lot of investors out there that are counting on their ship coming in and heavily invested in this crypto space. Living High and and it’s a long ways down. It’s the old, richest to rags story. The dotcom bubble was an accident waiting to happen. Only this one is significantly worse, there’s no value here at all. In some of the dotcom stocks there was some value. Many of them went to zero because there was no value there. It was all hype.
This one probably is no different and it’s the same ole , who’s going to blink first and then it’s straight down from here. Estates, mansions, yachts, jets, exotic sports cars and all the ongoing dreams could go up in flames within weeks or days.
We’re living in a massive bubble and it’s the most dangerous bubble that was ever created in the history of the world. It’s going to go like the dark ages in lock step. 99% of the population turned into complete peasants and it lasted for at least a hundred years I believe. That’s the equivalent of the homeless today living in the streets. Its unfolding just like the dark ages.

That’s a good possibility and that would be a horrific fate for all the cryptos would clean everyone’s clocks completely especially if everything else is crashing in the economy stocks real estate, complete wipeout. Yesterday the Russian military tested a new Anti-Satellite missile on an old, dead Soviet satellite. The test was a success and now there are thousands of pieces of debris crossing the orbit of the Space Station. Space is big, and the chances of an impacts are low, but this particular satellite was relatively close to the altitude of the ISS, rather than low down like recent US and Indian tests meaning the debris will remain in orbit longer and have a long term cost for operations in Low Earth Orbit.
The astronauts in the ISS had to don spacesuits and get prepared for an emergency descent for several hours, while passing through the debris cloud.

This is a standard operating tactic, well-known and well-used by public officals.

Late yesterday the defense filed a motion for mistrial with prejudice, meaning that if granted by the judge, there will be no retrial.
Claiming: the prosecution for the state against Kyle Rittenhouse committed egregious improprieties with their actions, including the way he questioned Rittenhouse and more importantly the way they handled evidence. Of particular note was the fact that they provided a lower-quality version of the FBI drone video to the defense.
(This latter action could result in removal of the prosecutor from office and/or disbarment.)
