I have no doubt that the laws of economics will apply to housing prices.
If, indeed, people cannot afford housing, the price of housing will come down.
With regard to economics, the most serious problem is the lack of the Fed’s ability
to fight inflation. Historically, the Fed fights inflation by raising interest rates.
Because of the large US debt, we can no longer afford to raise interest rates.

Kyle was putting out fires, cleaning graffiti off businesses, and offering medical attention to rioters that were hurt in the mob violence, and they didn’t like that. Rittenhouse case justice was served. However, under God’s eyes it was ungodly. It’s a little late now to relive the event and set aside deadly weapons that most of the time serve no purpose whatsoever. Trivial disputes between parties you can use the power of God to change the circumstances. We’re not talking about a war between nations and soldiers, totally different circumstance. God gave us the power to cast out demons. I’ve never stated the actions I would take without resorting to weapons. Personally, I never have any intention to take anyone’s life, even if it’s within the law. This action, if you’re a true believer has worked for thousands of years. The name Jesus has a lot of power. With a commanding voice all you have to say “” in the name of Jesus, please stop, I command those demons to come out of you”” to the parties causing the disturbance. Just keep repeating that over and over again with love.
Standing firm in faith with no fear of the other parties without using weapons using the name of Jesus would have prevented any lives being taken in this incident.
Fearing for your own life is what causes the death of other parties. The parties are possessed and have demons that reside in them. Using the name of Jesus and those commands the demons come out and those parties return to normal instead of hate and violence. This is what the early church did who was abiding in The Word.
It’s the demons causing the problem. Our whole society is under the influence of seducing demonic spirits with very few exceptions. Through addictions and many other strongholds on their life in bondage with this world.

The society that has turned from God I mean we have criminals roaming the streets so that’s part of the problem. Many parts of the nation there releasing people with no bail required on pretty serious crimes and they go out and commit the same crime again.

CFS, the early church was obedient to The Word. The early church never used weapons for defense, they stood by The Word. Christianity today is not true to the faith. Anywho, all my comments above regarding using commands that’s what the early church used. It’s still true today however there’s little faith left in this world. This is a very controversial subject and I realize that. Jesus would have never sought out to kill anybody for any reason. Christians are to be like Jesus but they don’t want to be. Kyle had had two shots fired at him before he ever used his rifle.
A fact the prosecutor tried to suppress.
He was basically just cleaning up stuff, when the scum criminals attacked him.
He even tried to retreat at one point in time, but they ran after him.

That explains everything in short order its very difficult to gather up all the information without investing a lot of time and come to a conclusion on how this could have been avoided. My oversight, I should have never posted any comments regarding this matter with Rittenhouse’s criminal case until I invested more time.
Kyle’s efforts are to be commended doing the community a service. A good citizen with much love and care for the community. That part I get and I’m happy he was acquitted and exonerated. He’s a very young man and the reason for not using the best judgment regarding firearms. If he was a much more experienced guy in life I would not have the same feelings here. He’s very young and that has to be taken into consideration. That’s not Christian like carrying a gun though. Far from it. That was the beginning of his problems.
Although, unfortunately should have probably consulted with someone that was familiar with using firearms in any circumstance. Kyle didn’t do that either and he’s very young so there’s not much you can do about it now, too late.
The firearm was a threat to anyone around him and that’s not a desirable position to be in. It’s offensive. Regardless of what he was trying to accomplish in the community a firearm shouldn’t be considered in the scheme of things, it’s just going to provoke trouble. Personally, when I was his age, I would have never done such a thing, just giving him some goodwill because of his age. I have dealt with some really rough situations in my life on my own and probably just as bad or much worse and never needed any kind of weapon or gun. When I was his age and even up until now, I stand on my own and have no fear at all. No one ever intimidates me or pushes me around. Don’t need weapons to fight my battles. As the old saying goes, if you can’t take the heat get out of the kitchen. It takes a lot of diplomacy, fearless attitude and being trained up physically to deter aggression. I have faced off alone with many people at one time especially when I was younger. Using a firearm for me was never an option because it’s going to get you into a lot of trouble could easily end up with a legal battle and a prison term. Kyle needed to use a better strategy that’s all and it couldn’t be with a firearm. That was wrong and like I said I’m giving him consideration because of his age. Even at his age, I would have never done anything like that makes no sense because it’s a dangerous weapon and if you kill someone you’re going to prison without having a big legal battle and that’s a complete nightmare, it’s not worth it. If you can’t stand on your own two feet without firearms and accomplishing your goals, you’re asking for big trouble and that’s what he did. Young and stupid that’s what I would say. Just a young kid. Two people were killed over this situation so that could have been avoided. It’s a stupid mistake. A young guy and didn’t think before he acted.

You do realize early Christianity started mostly among slaves.

Christians come from all walks of life and lots of poor communities however has no bearing on the importance of being a Christian. We’re citizens of Heaven regardless of our situation here. Many Amish are not really Christians since they believe in a false gospel. Only a small minority believe in the biblical gospel of salvation by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone. This is the only way to have one’s sins forgiven and receive salvation.

I suffer with joy, it brings me great joy and I rejoice. I ran into a Christian brother I haven’t seen for 3 years last night resides about 25 miles from here he was just visiting this area rare occurrence small world type thing and we were just laughing because of all the deception that’s going on in the church and Christians are not living in the faith. This friend is a true believer and we were just talking about Christians don’t want to be like Jesus. Ironically, the conversation went on for about an hour outside the stores we were in the parking lot. Anyway, it’s just a more reasons why I love those that are in the faith as a true Christian and the fellowship was outstanding we couldn’t break away. Always have a great friendships with true believers. May not even see them for years and it’s like we’ve known each other our whole lives. True Christians have a lot of loving kindness and they have big hearts although you wouldn’t know that because the remnant of the church are very far and few between. In February 2020 a team from the University of Bern, led by Dr. Volker Thiel, published a relatively simple recipe to artificially cook up SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Covid-19, in the lab.
It required only two main ingredients: Synthetic chunks of the virus’s genomic instructions, which can be ordered online; and yeast.
In experienced hands, the process isn’t much harder than baking sourdough bread from a self-made starter.
The manuscript, initially uploaded to the preprint server bioRXiv and now peer-reviewed and published in Nature, sent shock waves across the biomedical community. It means that certified labs can clone whole samples of the coronavirus in a week at roughly $30,000.
By “democratizing” access to the new virus, more labs can work on diagnostic tests, drugs, and vaccines, potentially bringing the virus to its knees faster and saving millions of people.
Unfortunately, the same platform used to make SARS-CoV-2 from scratch can potentially also make it more deadly or more transmissible. “The techniques needed to engineer a bioweapon are the same as those needed to pursue legitimate research,” explained Dr. Guoyu Wang from the Center of Biomedical Ethics at Fudan University in Shanghai, and colleagues. Even if original motivations were noble, any “deviation, misuse, or abuse during the research,” such as accidental leaks from labs, could spell global calamity.
Back in 2014, federal scientists discovered half a dozen vials of smallpox virus, (which most Americans born after 1972 don’t have immunity against) while cleaning out storage facilities at the National Institutes of Health.
Thiel and team’s coronavirus recipe has brought these debates back in full fervor, thanks in part to the recipe’s simplicity. But perhaps more concerning is that the same platform can clone a wide variety of viruses—those known to us, and potentially, those yet to be discovere
The easiest way to get a hold of a virus is by obtaining infected biological tissue, which was difficult at the beginning of the pandemic outside of Wuhan, China.
The second route is to try to grow the virus inside immortalized cells—in SARS-CoV-2’s case, lung cells—but it’s like manufacturing cars that blow up the factory and themselves halfway through construction.
The third route is making the virus from scratch. Thanks to advances in synthetic biology and genome engineering, making entire virus genomes in bacteria or yeast hosts has become cheaper, easier, and faster. One recent paper for engineering SARS-CoV-2 used bacteria as the viral factory.
Thiel’s team went the yeast route. The reason, he explained, is that coronaviruses have extraordinarily large genomes, which makes it difficult for bacteria to cope with—like challenging a three-year-old with a complicated Lego set—which leads to mistakes in the virus’s genome. Yeast, in contrast, is far more pliable.
What’s more, yeast also has a special power to automatically glue chunks of external DNA material together into a full genome sequence. Rather than synthesizing the entire coronavirus genome through chemistry, it’s possible to do it in chunks to reduce costs, and the yeast will “magically” assemble the pieces in Thiel’s method.
His project kicked off in January 2020, soon after Chinese researchers released the virus’s genomic blueprint. Thiel’s team split the genome into 14 manageable chunks, each with slightly overlapping sequences, and ordered synthetic DNA that corresponded to those viral genome bits from a commercial company.
Three weeks later, after receiving the fragments in the mail, they inserted the DNA—which together represent the entire SARS-CoV-2 genome—into yeast. They then sat back and watched yeast cells do their magic, gluing together the overlapping sequences on the fragments to turn them into full-length genomes. Just two days later, the team was able to check the yeast, now blossomed into dot-like “colonies” on a plate, for signs of the virus’s genome. Finally, they extracted the virus’s genetic material from the yeast in DNA form/
In less than a week, the team was able to generate a fully synthetic virus, one relatively new to humans, and use it to infect sacrificial cells in a dish to study. As a proof-of-concept to the platform’s power, the team also made a glow-in-the-dark version of the virus, which can help screen for anti-viral drugs. (If the drugs work, this rave version of the virus should lose its glow.)
Thiel’s platform for engineering SARS-CoV-2 stands out in its speed and simplicity. According to Dr. Susan Weiss, a microbiologist at the University of Pennsylvania who wasn’t involved in the study, the most exciting thing is that yeasts are very fast viral producers, whereas “other methods are tedious and difficult.”
Speed in an outbreak is essential, not just for containment, but also for research. The new platform is a starting point for labs to easily change the coronavirus’s genome, seeing what prevents it from replication or what genomic sequences make it weaker or even unable to infect humans. The system only requires the yeast to reassemble the virus’s genome one single time. It’s extremely easy to collect more coronavirus by reusing ready-made virus-producing yeast cells, like brewing beer.
“By publishing the technology roadmap, it is possible for both scientists and terrorists to apply the same technique to synthesize more complex viruses, or develop a ‘super virus’ with extremely high infectivity, virulence or vaccine-resistance,” write Wang and colleagues in a commentary of Thiel’s method. What used to take years,now takes weeks.

Regarding Christianity. A true Christian doesn’t keep their life here, they give it to Christ. True Christians live for Christ. We are a new creation and citizens of Heaven. This is not our home. b, you bring up a very good point here because first of all we can’t put anything before God He must come first in our life. God requires us to be responsible with our resources nothing wrong with having a lot of wealth. We just can’t be pleasuring ourselves in it needs to be used for furthering the kingdom of God. I’m referring to spending money on just going over the top with everything lavish vacations and just overextending yourself with material things you don’t need. Christians will be judged by how responsible they are with their resources. As the Bible says, Jesus might say, I never knew you, away from me. Complacency with Christians no fear of anything. Completely out of faith. We need to work out our salvation with fear and trembling that’s what the Bible says and the righteous are scarcely saved we barely make it. The word heresy, is a word that is used for people that teach or represent contrary to what the Word of God says. That’s precisely what’s being discussed. That’s the reason for excommunication being asked to leave the church.
Why would you attend 501c if you had a problem with it. That’s the reason with all five or more ? because I wouldn’t have never attended the church and I would have never been asked to leave. Another reason, we are peacemakers.

The fellowship is really great if you can find like-minded believers who are obeying the full counsel of God.

When people are fellowshipping we’re supposed to be honest even if we did something wrong and say okay I’ve changed or whatever.
In fellowship I always tell everyone what I’ve done if it’s something that needs to be brought out in the open because of the fact that I’ve changed I was hellbound. That’s discussing The Gospel with new believers or even people that are in faith for a long time just saying ya I’ve changed I couldn’t stand that life. I was a party animal or whatever.
I would never go back to that old life it was horrible, even though it was a lot of fun doesn’t compare to what I have now. My spirit was always unsettled didn’t agree with me. Altering my state of mind at any time doesn’t agree with my spirit just emphasizing on that.
It’s all seducing demonic spirits and they will not let you go they keep you in that darkness unless you’re very serious about getting out of it. That’s with everything from A to Z. Could be anything that we put before God and addictions seeking wealth or whatever I had to get out of that too. Could never satisfy my thirst. Then of course when people just do whatever they want in that darkness with no conscience at all towards God. God will harden their heart and it’s almost impossible to come out of it. This is all just very briefly so we have to be careful of everything we do. Like in Romans 1, turned over to a reprobate mind. God’s done with it. That person becomes blind, they can’t hear anything that has to do with the Word of God.
So anyway, you can believe what you want however I’m not involved with any kind of addictions at all doesn’t matter what it is.
