It is my understanding that the EU Constitution Court in Karlsruhe, Germany will announce a verdict this week concerning the EU constitutionality of the EU version of QE.
The EU has bailed out Spain and Greece by buying their bonds, but this is being now constitutionally challenged by Germany. I cannot guess the outcome, but, either way, this has the potential of seriously affecting interest rates.
It is not even July and the d@mned French air traffic controllers have a 3-day strike!
