Great commentary from Rick To listen click here.
I have recently opened an account with his firm which I disclosed a month or two ago.
So far I have gotten excellent service.
Not investment advice,

Below is a chart of the Minimum Wage since inception.
It is a pretty good looking chart. Lower left to upper right kind of thing.

Picture this chart in your head. A chart dating from August 15, 1971 to date is in order to compare minimum wage, national debt and spot gold. We have all see the chart of gold price near 100% direct relationship with national debt. The minimum wage chart fits right in there Gold price and National debt. The comparison starts 8/15/71 when the overt $35 Bretton Woods remnants were conceded. Since then the relationship is undeniable.
We know who losses with minimum wages. We know Union workers win in the next round of wage negotiations. But we also now know minimum wage increase is good for the price of gold. It must somehow be inflationary to dictate paying people more.
When you are in debt inflation is a good thing. Maybe this is why liberal politicians love minimum wage politics. It is great for herding cats and it makes the accumulated malfeasance over the years somewhat easier to stomach with debased dollars.
Happy Valentine’s Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did anyone notice the price of Hallmarks this year?
I need a pay raise!
FNV has nice exposure to PGMs.
SAND via its stream with Colossus Minerals (Colossus itself) present non-Russian…non- South African PGM development stage opportunity in Brazil. An interesting mix of metals at Serra Paleda. AU,PT, PD even a little Rhodium. DYODD
Dennis,
IMHO, with Nolan Watson runnin the show is a absolute “no-brainer”/ add on – long term hold! Not investment advice…wink, wink….DYODD, indeed. But, I AM finding out that after getting bounced around a little (or a lot) management can make or break a project – obvious, yeah in retrospect in relied too heavily on other variables. Watson has the goods.

The Serra Pelada project presents difficult mining conditions.
The ? for me was not whether the metal was there it was…..did the ground conditions allow for a viable mine? You can say when Watson ponied up 75 million for the project it was a vote of confidence.
Anyone investing in South America might want to take a look at Oliver Stone’s documentary…South of the Border. 2009 interviews of 7 South American leaders…a sugar coated take on Hugo….What I found compelling was the consistency of the Bolivarian revolutionary views evident in the leaders interviewed.
It requires you to be in a ready position.
Dennis,
Mostly I was just implying that the “streaming model” is a great – no FANTASTIC mining, inflation play. Like Amir Anani (successful start-up CEO), Nolan did it and will do it again!
Mag Silver had a good up day today on good volume.
Nothing on the newswires.
Anyone know why?
Kinross had an excellent day today, but that was because it increased its dividend yesterday.
Listen to the interview with Frank Holmes which will initially be a Weekend Special and then on the air.
