Al- Thank you for featuring Peter on a regular basis. He’s one of the most sincere, humble and funny commentators in the business. I found his posts this morning hilarious but I know the seriousness behind his humor. All markets are now rigged.

Economies globally are in a mess and we all agree on that, and the fact that Central banks around the world are joined at making continual adjustments to balance the kayos and we all likely will agree on that. So why cant we all agree that gold will not take it’s place until they fail ; and so I think we all know that they are keeping a lid on all hell breaking loose. And yes if only 10 years ago they had not chose to start down this path of property for all thinking and had let the chips fall ware they may and let gold do it’s thing we would not be in this mess.
But because we are ware we are not seeing 3000 gold we at he moment can sleep without one eye open.

    Morning Pete,

I personally think that the real problem started with Nixon taking the U.S. off the gold standard which was a lot longer than ten years ago!

      NO Al…….it was 1913…………..creation of the FED………OOTB

        May 03, 2013 03:24 PM

Jerry, correcto; then it was FDR taking us domestically off the gold standard and then it was Nixon abdicating on Bretton Woods.

        May 03, 2013 03:15 PM

Thought that was a very intuitive comment.

          May 03, 2013 03:18 PM

Actually, In the Box, it was Russian Literature!

I am more of a dream world kind of guy!

You probably consider Solzhenitsyn one of those young whipper-snappers!

            May 03, 2013 03:03 PM

One of the young wholesalers? Huh!

            Big Al

        May 03, 2013 03:17 PM

Well, In the Box, that is certainly one way to look at it. (Correctly, In my opinion.)

I personally think that the real problem started with the establishment of the Federal Reserve system in 1913 and that was a lot longer ago than Nixon.

Al, your show has been focused on technical’s for some time now at the same time the high frequency traders at the bullion banks have been busy calculating how much paper gold they have to dump into the market in the middle of the night or day to knock down the P.M.’s. when ever it rises. WHEN GOLD IS BEING MANIPULATED TECHNICAL’S DON”T MATTER.
They are hell bent on destroying this industry and it’s time everyone especially the CEO’s of these gold companies do something about it.
Manipulation is illegal and it’s time to take action against these crooks.

      May 03, 2013 03:48 PM

      RGT,

You bring up an interesting point. I have asked Rick about this and he said it does not matter.

      Best,

    Why play a rigged game?

Do you play poker against a well bank rolled professional cheat? Or do you bet with the cheater?

      May 03, 2013 03:10 PM

        Great movie, IN THE BOX.

Interestingly enough it was one of the first movies Kathy and I saw together. (Right after N

    Kentucky Derby has Korelin connection?
    My two favorites are

Goldencents——–How could we not like a horse named after the precious metal?
Another Doug O’Neill Santa Anita Derby winner…with another Santa Anita Derby winner.
    http://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=santa+anita+derby+2013&view=detail&mid=C36F4761B0DA3067C905C36F4761B0DA3067C905&first=0&FORM=NVPFVR

And do not forget about the monetary end game with Revolutionary…Rick’s pick with a jockey who will most likely get the most from the horse.

In a world of paper bugs to have Goldencents ia a Revolutionary act.
Play the Exacta …wheel them in the triple.
And if you want to go all in resource sector toss in 50 to 1 Frac Daddy.

    I’ll have another….
It is always better to be the house unless you are betting with their money.

      May 03, 2013 03:52 PM

Okay Dennis M, me too another one if you please.

This is easy to explain. The was gaining tracking ready to take out $1480 and then the insiders got the job report before the general public. They saw the number was good and they sent in their bets. Gold gives it all back and then the numbers are released. Just a simple case of past posting. Didn’t you guys ever see “The Sting?”

    May 03, 2013 03:44 AM

Al I sense the frustration in your voice. This is what I’ve been saying and how I been feeling for a year and a half now. After you see price action like this are you still going to hold on to fundamentals? I am not going to run out of patience but I will run out of time. Play out the scenario in your head – how do we get to $1900? How does that happen? I am open to all legitimate answers. Not hope and dream. Please tell me in this environment how gold gets to $1900?

Maybe all the miners should get together and announce a industry wide shut down due to manipulation by the bullion banks and inaction by the dickheads at the CRTC.

        May 03, 2013 03:30 PM

Maybe a few should just shut down…period!

      May 03, 2013 03:58 PM

I firmly believe that we will see $1900 again. Doesn’t really matter much when. As long as it doesn’t go back to $1321 and make look foolish. Oh well, what the you know what I am not the prettiest baby in the nursery. Like you all, I just believe what I believe!

I would not be surprised to see a few ‘delayed deliveries’ popping up here and there.

      May 03, 2013 03:00 PM

      Yup, a few “delayed deliveries”!

Nobody believes 7.5%. Not an honest measurement. Gold ignored it and so should we.

Peters use of the very descriptive word Crimex is most fitting to the banksters and criminal activities of the Comex.
