Here is a brief bio on Mark:

Mark A. Fralich – President & Director Mr. Fralich has more than 25 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing and investor relations. Before joining Idaho North, he provided consulting, marketing, and investor relations services to Mines Management Inc., Consolidated Goldfields Corp., and other junior natural resource companies. Prior to that, he was co-founder of Spoval Fiber Optics, a telecommunications and optical networking company which he helped grow it into a multi-million dollar business. Mr. Fralich also spent 13 years with the Associated Press News Service
