there seems to be some u tubes out recently that are comparing those records to the old testament.
It seems that there are parts that are exactly the same.

What I find interesting is the story is so close to adam and eve in the garden story.
Contradiction……..Adam mating with an ape(women)…..as discussed, is contrary to the scriptures, as to how Eve or she came about…..Gen.2….Eve was from the RIB of Adam….

No, they are not all exactly the same, but they look like the same stories.

The more I look at these the more it looks like the old testament came from the sumerian records.
Makes perfect sense they would not be exact, just the dif christian bibles are dif. thus the dif christian groups beliefs.
If, Adam and Eve, were first…..then man was separated from God….and deceived by the Devil…..then about any tale could be spun….

Material passed on from generation to generation by word of mouth. There was a long process of gestation before books of the OT reached their final written form. In ancient Israel pieces of poetry, stories of heroes, legends about founding figures, and songs of celebration circulated amongst groups and tribes.
The Sumerian records are the oldest written form, but also based on oral traditions, that are far older than the Jewish nomadic people. Yes, the jews copied older flood, creation, and spiritual stories and incorporated them into their own, for anyone that does any studying into early civilization.
Adam and Eve weren’t the first people either; but rather the first people genetically modified by the gods. Remember Elohim is plural for gods. People forget the passage is “Let us create them in our image.”
Adam and Eve had 2 sons. Cain killed Abel and was sent out of the God’s “garden.” El one of the god’s is the one that said You shall have no other gods before me, and became the main character Jehova.
Cain reasoned with God that he couldn’t throw him out there in the world or “they” would kill him. The question is who are they? He went to the Land of Nod and got married to other people that already existed.
The Adam and Eve creation myth is simply a retelling of a much older story.

There were many gods or The Shining ones that came down from above and created genetically modified life out of the existing humans that had evolved on Earth before their arrival, and they were “placed” in the god’s area (aka the garden) and guarded with cherubs (angel soliders – aka lower level common gods.
El (Anu’s son – Anu was king of the gods) son)eventually became associated with Saturn, and that is why Jewish people go to church on Saturday. He is the god talking to Moses up on the mountain top, making up the rules, and saying not to worship any other gods before him.
Jews were henotheistic not monotheistic. They place 1 god above all others. That was the law El was instilling in jews via Moses.
In the Sumerian, Hittite, Acadian stories (that the jews learned and incorporated inti their later stories and eventually compiled into the Old Testament) there are 12 gods because there are 12 houses of the zodiac, just like there are Twelve Apostles, or twelve helpers for Mithras ( a contemporary religion ar the time of Yeshua ben Joseph aka Jesus )… It’s all a very old series of stories that has been retold in many cultures and changed through whisper down the lane and mistranslations.
El’s Sumerian name was Enlil and hus brother’s name was Enki. Eventually their race were just called the Elohim (gods) and El was eventually associated with stories about Anu and Enlil and Marduk in different cultures, but the jews latched onto these stories and made him their God Jehova, and conveniently they were God’s chosen people.
Other God’s that ruled over other humans (like Baal)lost the war, so followers of Enlil felt justified that their God was the king of all.

Alot of people have a hard time with truth, dont forget, people believe as they are told to believe and they have been told Israel is wonderful since 1948.

I am sorry to have to place President of the US of A, Donald J. Trump, in this second group – for the second time.
The first time was when Mr. Trump decided to “MAGA” – “Make America Great Again” by instituting Tariffs on certain imports to the US.
He did not realize – and still doesn’t understand – that the US has enjoyed a free ride of magnificent proportions, because since the end of WW 2, the US Dollar has had the enviable position of Reserve Currency of the World.
This means that the whole world wants to sell goods of all sorts to the US, in order to get precious Dollars for their Reserves. So the US gets an unlimited amount of goods from all the world, in exchange for Dollars which are essentially nothing but numbers, which cost the Fed and its banking system nothing to produce.

Mr. Trump says that if other countries are devaluing their currencies, in order to sell more to the US, that this is wrong, and that therefore, the US should retaliate by devaluing the Dollar. Trump evidently thinks that by devaluing the Dollar, he will get a result which he regards as good:
Trump thinks that it would be more expensive for Americans to purchase foreign goods, if the Dollar were worth less; Trump thinks this would reduce the perpetual US Trade Deficit, which he detests.
However, “devaluing the US Dollar” poses a problem that has no solution: the rest of the world can devalue their currencies against the Dollar, their Reserve Currency. But against what would the US devalue the Dollar? There is nothing against which the US could devalue the Dollar, because it is the final, ultimate currency of the world.
Conclusion: President of the US of A, Donald J. Trump is an ignoramus who doesn’t know he doesn’t know.
