Cory
April 27, 2020

Keith Neumeyer, President and CEO of First Majestic Silver Corp (TSX:FR – NYSE:AG) joins me for a general overview on the production and exploration front.

As the worlds largest primary silver miner I receive a lot of emails from listeners asking about First Majestic. We dive into the three production assets and some of the improvements that that are being built out to improve the overall profitability of the Company. I also get Keith to comment on the M&A in the silver sector.

Please email me with any other questions you have for Keith regarding First Majestic – Fleck@kereport.com.

Don’t own any AF at this point, unfortunately. Here’s another good listen on PM markets in general: ttps://marketsanity.com/of-pandemics-and-financial-crashes-bob-hoye/

FWIW, does anyone here follow BBBY. I bought a small position last month and it looks like it’s ready to rebound some. Check it out.

GR Silver is up about 20% or so today. The CEO of GR Silver was previous associated with either or both of Silvercrest #1and/or # 2. I was looking at the SEDI for GR Silver today and noticed that on Mar 9, Phoenix Gold Fund had a position of 7.1 mil shares. On April 2, 2020, First Majestic reported an opening balance of 17 mil shares. I think AG bought the first Silvercrest.

      Apr 28, 2020 28:17 AM

Yes, AG bought the first incarnation of Silvercrest as I was in during that takeover.

Davie, I’ll take a closer look at GR Silver. Someone had reached out to me at ceo.ca about yesterday as well.

Sorry I meant David, not Davie. Cheers!

          I remember Davie……..he had a talking dog named Goliath.šŸ˜ƒ

            and had a sling-shot if I recall…. haha!

Davie: Those were fighting words about 65 tears ago. Now I will answer to most anything.

            Apr 28, 2020 28:18 AM

65 years ago although tears could work

That brings up another issue: who put the ā€œeā€ above the ā€œdā€?

            Apr 28, 2020 28:28 AM

            Goliath says hello!

            Apr 28, 2020 28:35 PM

Ha! Sorry again David. That is exactly what it was the “e’ key is right above the “d” key and I got going too fast and mis-typed.

Miners seem to be ignoring the Banksters paper price of gold and silver. I invite the banks to join in the Supply/Demand market of the physical traders.

(SVM) Silvercorp Metals to Acquire (GUY) Guyana Goldfields Creating a Diversified Precious Metals Producer

Well I mentioned (SVM) Silvercorp was cashed up from all the free cash flows with the best margins of any Silver producer on the planet. My speculation was that they’d takeover (NUAG) New Pacific metals, because they have a 29% stake in it already.

However, they surprised many by going after the distressed gold producer (GUY) Guyana Goldfields instead. I did think GUY was a reasonable takeover target, but was expecting another gold producer to do it.

As is the trend with many Silver producers these days (like Americas Gold & Silver, Coeur, Hecla, First Majestic, SSR Mining, Great Panther, and most recently Excellon), now Silvercorp has diversified into Gold as well.

      Interesting!
