Yes Black people are incarcerated in greater percentages than white.
BUT THE STATISTICS ACTUALLY SHOW THEY PERFORM CRIMINAL ACTS IN EVEN GREATER PERCENTAGES, than in proportion to being jailed.
i.e. Black people get a break, compared with white people.
Then she talks about police killings, choosing a very narrow age range for people who are not going to have significant numbers of natural deaths.
Yes, if the group you choose are not going to die by natural causes, AND have a propensity towards criminal behavior, you may get a high number of killings by police.
BUT THAT IS ATYPICAL OF THE POPULATION IN GENERAL.
IT IS DELIBERATE CASTING OF BLAME AGAINST POLICE. That is unwarranted and shameful.
And even then, I believe the most recent number is 7th not 6th, so she is stretching the truth to make her point.
The police are the good guys, not the bad guys and are being unnecessarily maligned.
