The sentencing memorandum reveals for the first time concrete evidence that the FBI created multiple 302 interview summaries of Flynn’s questioning by now-former FBI agent Peter Strzok and a second unnamed agent, reported to be FBI Special Agent Joe Pientka.

Until now or perhaps the conventions, the general public have not been paying a lot of attention to politics.
But I think they are now.
Also I think hard-line Democrats are asking what they would do if Trump wins again.
Part of the reason Democrat officials don’t want to prosecute rioters and looters may be as simple as “every vote counts” and they don’t want rioters and looters (felonies) in jail without a vote.
The other reason might be more ominous. Perhaps Democrat officials are wondering how to overturn a Trump victory. Surely, rioting and mayhem is part of their “solution” and they do not want rioters convicted now for the dampening it would have on raising riots 3 months hence.
I’ve also be wondering what “civil war” might look like. It won’t be like the Civil War of the 1860s. I think, depending on the actual ballot numbers the military will stand behind Trump, for the insurrection forces will consist of inner city gangs and staunch Democrats, fired up by the media. But what will they do?
Here it probably depends much on both the leadership coming from the states and to what extent the ballot processing appears rigged. Hard to guess right now.
I certainly would not want to own center city real estate though, as rioting can be pretty much guaranteed.
