Scottie Resources and AUX Resources Merger – Thoughts from Management of the merged Company
Brad Rourke, President and CEO of Scottie Resources (TSX.V:SCOT – OTC:SCTSF) joins me to discuss the merger between Scottie Resources and AUX Resources (TSX.V:AUX – OTC:AUXRF). Announced earlier this week the transaction consolidates some of the Golden Triangle by binging together these two exploration Companies. There are some synergies between properties, management, and key shareholders that I have Brad outline.

Another accretive merger in the mining space. This makes a lot of sense for Scottie and AUX to combine their land packages, and consolidate it into a larger more complete Jr exploration company in the Golden Triangle. Good luck to the new combined company!
