I missed the run on this company Dec 2020 from 0.10 – something always struck me odd with such a low market cap ($10M back then) being able to sign two LARGE JV with majors like Rio Tinto and Orano.

Usually juniors are on the begging end with majors, diong dilutive deals.

FMC’s joint venture models clearly bring significant value to majors where they even pay premium to company value. Looking back this was even at $5 million value when they inked deal with Rio for $30m… why wouldn’t Rio just buy this entire company?!

With results coming – I’m picking some up with the selling pressure lately. No doubt news is coming May and with Rio/Orano/palladium results this should be a good flyer

Copper and Uranium in the same company for this price is a no brainer. This company was over $5.00 in 2011 when uranium spot was high. They managed to survive and are stronger than ever.
