James Sykes, President and CEO of Baselode Energy Corp (TSX.V:FIND – OTCQB:BSENF) joins me to introduce why the Company was formed, under the Ore Group of Companies umbrella, to explore for uranium in the basement-hosted rock, without the downside challenges of the sandstone hosted deposits, following their Athabasca 2.0 thesis.

James outlines the 3 projects Hook, Shadow, and Catharsis, and the early-stage greenfields exploration targets. The initial exploration so far has been focused on airborne gravity surveys and they are also working on high-resolution airborne radiometric and magnetic surveys on their properties to further refine and prioritize structural targets. The company is currently awaiting drilling permits and first nations consent with plans to start drilling this summer.
