Akiba Leisman, President and CEO of Mako Mining (TSX.V:MKO – OTCQX:MAKOF) joins us to provide an overview of the ongoing work at the Company’s San Albino and Las Conchitas Projects, in Nicaragua. We start with an operations update from the San Albino Mine, and the critical milestone reached on May 12, 2021, when the Company started mining from the primary orebody and the anticipated head-grade. We then review the $8.5 million exploration program targeting over 50,000 meters of drilling for the balance of the year. First we discuss exploration around the San Albino Mine, then move to the planned exploration work at the Company’s Los Conchitas project. Akiba also outlines the larger greenfields exploration program on the Company’s 188 sq km land package. The goal is to continue to identify potential satellite deposits that can feed the mill and expand production throughput by the end of 2022.

If you have any follow up questions for Akiba regarding any of the work ongoing at the Company’s Projects please email us at Fleck@kereport.com or Shad@kereport.com.
