I included this second pdf (the Supreme Court file) because for those of you writing newspapers etc. there are good arguments against biden’s mandates on page 21 and succeeding pages.

When I got my copy (and the URL) the document was still being circulated among attorneys, trying to pick the best for the case. It actually could be filed by now, since the last time I checked was around the end of the first week of December.
The specific format required the case to be filed by a states attorney general, in order to circumvent some slow steps in state courts, and go direct to the supreme count.
The more I ponder about war between the US and China or Russia, which could happen after China’s monetary default, I’m inclined to believe an E.M.P. device will be used. It seems to me it is simply too tempting to take out most electricity use of the enemy.
It has been estimated that taking out the US electrical grid will wipe out 70% of the population with in two years.
That would certainly reduce the problem of occupation with so many Americans having guns.
A year is a long time in politics. 3 years is an age.
At least both McConnell and Pelosi should be out of the picture by then.
