1. There is no international law to make an invasion “legal,” there is international precedent and agreement. Law is bound by those in power to uphold it. She lost me there, no credibility regardless of how many articles she has written.
2. She, and maybe others, are confusing Zelensky with the Orange Revolution that brought down Yanukovych and installed Yushchenko in 2004-2005. Putin and Lukashenko, two authoritarians still in power today, favored pro-Russian Yanukovych.
3. 2019 Zelensky was elected against the more Russian favored Poroshenko, in a 73% to 24% landslide. That is not a close or questionable vote – Ukrainians want away from Russia and corruption after the unjustified and unchecked Crimea invasion and attacks in Eastern Ukraine.
4. The Russian kleptocracy is well entrenched and ageing, the are desperate to avoid transparency. They are the deep state, the NWO, the authoritarian capitalists, the dark ones.
5. Show me a valid argument of threat from Ukraine or NATO to the Russian people – if NATO was a threat, Russia would have been destroyed long ago. If Ukraine was a threat because of NWO, it was the people in a democratic processes that decided to go that way, not some cabal of billionaires protecting their corrupt businesses and screwing their people over for a ruble.
6. Putin started this war for control in 1999, crushing Chechen independence after a brutal defeat of Russian military forces in 1994, 95. Read Calamity in the Caucuses to see the corruption and fight over control of resources. He next went to Georgia to put them in line, then Crimea, Eastern Ukraine now Ukraine. This is not about stopping NWO, this is about money and power.

But perhaps there are two considerations lacking, The will of the Ukranian people, and the determination of Putin, himself. Both have unknown factors.
Putin,already seeems to have changed his mind and gone from helping Russian factions in Ukraine, on seeing the weakness of the West, to a larger vision of gaining back ex-Soviet satellites back under the control of Mother Russia. But will Putin change his mind again?
