I only need the data for about a ten hour period for an area of less that a quarter block and also another set of data for about a three mile radius for about a 10 minute period. That period is for a different date.
I need this data to catch a criminal for a crime as even though the police have left the case open they refuse to pass the charges on to the DA for prosecution.
There was an article in the NY Times from Dec 2019 regarding geo-tracking that lists several data companies so that would be one starting point.
