THE FED HAS A PROBLEM:
There is a limit on interest rates because of huge size of debt.
But interest rates MUST INCREASE to wring out inflation.
Prognostication:
Interest rates will increase, but size of US and foreign debt will throttle economic growth for a DECADE. The world will have a long depression.
It is my belief, however, that the Biden administration has no faith in the U.S. economy. It will allow a collapse, while it follows its religion of a zero-carbon economy.
