I can’t tell you how many times I have heard these thoughts from folks over the years encompassing my career.

Martin gives a good take on the real estate market……..
      I agree with his take…….

I mistakenly said Moody’s ratings toward the end of the show, I meant Morningstar ESG ratings.

The 7/19 edition of the economist says:
    “The Economist explains
    The increase in simultaneous heatwaves
Climate change is to blame, though the exact mechanism is unclear
    ……….”

INCREDIBLE…..They don’t know the mechanism, but they’re sure climate change (i.e. CO2) is to blame.
    YOU LAZY MORONS.

In simple minded terms, let me explain what is actually happening……
All climate on Earth is determined by the Sun.
At times when the sun is tending into a Grand Solar Minimum and at a time when the Earth’s magnetic field is going low and affecting penetration into the atmosphere of ionized particles the upper atmosphere wind flow changes from zonal (West to East flow in the northern hemisphere) flow to a regional longitudinal (north to south and south to north ) flow, depending on longitude in the northern hemisphere.

The actual academic community is NOT IGNORANT about climate, but politicians stopped listening several decades ago; morons, blstfully ignorant, simply utilizing “climate change” for political ends.

A good summary academic paper, readable and understandable by most scientifically-trained intelligent people, might be:

IF true, very dangerous, big IF.

I remember 3 years ago the BS media eco fear porn dealers said the insect population collapsed, 10 years ago the bee pollinator population collapsed, 20 years ago we would be overcome by extreme weather, 30 years ago Miami would be underwater by global warming ice melt, and 40 years ago we were heading into an ice age, 50 years ago over population would have starved half the world’s population. All wrong. Now this propaganda just before a mid-term, hummmm.

The Senile Coot seems to think changes in
H.R.4350 – National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022
will allow him to use emergency powers to create new law for climate change.
I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT CONSTITUTIONAL.

The Pesident, or any Pretendent, does not NOT get the power to create law by dictat, in an emergency or not in an emergency.
WE ARE NOT RULED BY A DICTATOR, even if he thinks he is.

      Jul 20, 2022 20:08 PM

THE HOUSE BILL…HR..4350…… would be a GREAT TOPIC for Owl to cover………… JMO

Alex Jones covered it yesterday, but, I had problems with this site…. was really slow yesterday.

People sheeple should be very concerned, …since, it is leading to a Dictatorship……
      End of Democracy…… End of a Republic…..

The food shortages will be much worse than projected by Armstrong.

China is using its accumulation of U.S.Dollars to corner the market in MANY surplus food commodities.
Grain production is down in the U.S.; partly due to drought, partly due to lack of fertilizers, partly due to cost and availability of diesel.
Most bread-type grains are down in supply by a few percent.
Soy products are down in supply by 20%, and China has been buying both stored product AND IN THE FUTURES MARKET.
It appears to me that China is taking advantage of the climate to seriously damage American agriculture and grain distribution and marketing….Kill the COMEX could be the Chinese Slogan, as it is beginning to look like more product is sold than can be delivered starting Sept 16th.
Soya, used in cattle feed, with little left in storage, will cause a cull in Fowl, Pigs and Cattle, and an initial reduction in prices, but this will be followed by shortages WORLDWIDE and significant price increases.
This last year China has been buying virtually all it can have for immediate delivery from not only the U.S., but also Brazil, Argentina, etc.
At the same time China has been fishing the oceans dry of fish.

    Just reported downunder:
    https://news.yahoo.com/foot-mouth-disease-found-meat-100834043.html

Much of the world imports chichen or pork products from China.

Indonesia has reported active foot and mouth disease AS COUNTRIES ARE SUPPOSED TO IMMEDIATELY REPORT.
    CHINA IS SILENT.
A suspicious mind would ask: “What is going on here?”

President Joe Biden, in a speech on climate change in Brayton Point, Mass., on Wednesday, claimed he has cancer.
Was it just one of his usual nonsensical, vacant word salads, or does Biden actually have cancer? No word yet from the White House either confirming or denying the claim.

CFS. I can only wish the cancer kills quickly and he does not suffer much before he goes to his warm place for eternity.

    ESG scores are interesting.
Klaus Schwab and Thierry Malleret have penned a book concerning ESG scores and the future going forward after Covid -19.
The book is COVID-19; The Great Reset.
I am 3/4 done and would recommend reading it.
