If Germany is toast, then the EU is toast. They will jave a deeper recession as will the US. Look for new aaliances within the EU, former East bloc, Baltics, Italy, UK aligning to take away some EU powers, but keep euro zone. France and Germany will have less influence.

I don’t believe any of the western media reports about Ukraine military success, Russian losses or the situation in Ukraine and in Russia. Putin did start this war, now must escalate and hold NATO accountable for supplying weapons and tactical support. NATO cargo planes, trains and ships need to be attacked wherever they are, if they are suspected of carrying gear. Westetn military advisors need to be sought out and killed even where they are holed up in nice offices and hotel rooms in Paris or Antwerp. These guys need to be shipped back to Washington in body bags.

I will say, ….I have not been to Germany since the 70’s,…. so, the mind set might be
different now….
I lived 2.5 years in post WWII Germany and visit every few years.
I speak German badly, and usually end up with me speaking English, which Germans mostly understand, and rhem speaking German, which I understand……people listening to conversations must thiink it weird, but it works.
Germans, especially older Germans, are EXTREMELY cautious about telling their true feelings.
They have to feel they know you well.

I was and intelligence officer in Berlin thru unification until the US handover – the vast majority of the East German people hated the Russians, and still do today. I was in Germany 4 weeks ago, they are even more angry and fearful of Russian aggression than after unification.

In my opinion the touchy issue is where everybogy notices it in the pocket book. I am starting to believe that the Dems could honestly win the mid-terms without cheating. That should scare the hell out of everybody because we have only seen the tip of the iceberg to what they have planned for us!
