Nordstream 2 was fully charged and completed; the Russians were just not pumping gas.
It does not make sense to me or Russia to blow up the pipeline. It cost a lot to install.
And it is non-trivial to breach the pipe; consisting of 1.6 inch thick for weigh steel plus a coating of over 4 inches of concrete, which would absorb blast.

I have a serious problem with the CIA “warning” Germany.
For me that raises ONLY two possibilities:
1. The CIA heard some mention of sabotage of the pipeline in all the eavesdropping and surveillance it does.
2. There was direct involvement with the CIA being responsible directly or indirectly the sabotage of the pipeline.
The very fact that the CIA has made no public comment after the breaches, pointing a finger at the guilty party, is highly troublesome for me.
I don’t know what make of Biden’s remarks a few months ago of taking out the pipeline.
