Just a comment on 100s of thousands of Russians leaving to avoid being drafted.
The americans had over 200 thousand people avoiding the draft for Vietnam.
Its a standard thing to have people avoid being drafted.
American numbers could easily have been reduced and Russian numbers could easily be exaggerated.
We all know how trustworthy our media is.

40 thousand Syrians alone volunteered.
The list goes on of course but the most significant was/is N Koreas offer to provide 100 thousand soldiers.

In researching volunteers for both sides it looks like Ukraine has many more willing than Russia.
Keeping in mind that most of our searches are western(google/bing) the numbers are understandable.

In no time, other people joined the fray and now, this week, Karen Kingston found the Master Patent. The Master Patent is like a Master File, where the secondary patents are organized and housed.
