I would posit that there is nothing wrong with a government borrowing money. It all depends on how rhe borrowed money is used.
If it is used to build infrastructure, which increases the productivity of the country at a rate higher than the interest rate – as happened in the 19th century – no problem.
If it is used to by votes or political favors – big problem.

e.g. one of their charges was NOT Trump making a false statement, but Trump conspired to make a false statement.

AL / Jim … Thanks for the weekend show. … Re. Seg 4 . To much time wasted on the Kennedy papers , nothing new , they will not devulge who was behind it….. Not enough time spent on the Brunson case , which IMO is more Important than the Kennedy papers , at this time in America….. Yes the Budget will pass , they allways do….. The Sara Read thing , well thats a nothing burger IMO , that will be swept under the rug.
