Lion One Metals – High-Grade Results At The URW1 Lode At Tuvatu Continuing To Guild Initial Mining

April 26, 2023

Quinton Hennigh, Technical Advisor at Lion One Metals (TSX.V:LIO & OTCQX:LOMLF & ASX:LLO) joins me to discuss the recent drill results, released yesterday, from the Tuvatu Gold Project, in Fiji. These results are at the URW1 lode, following results from our last interview from the URA1 lode. The Company has started initial mining from the URA1 lode and will be moving to the URW1 lode in the next 2-4 weeks.

Quinton and I discuss how the ongoing drilling, focused at different mineralized lodes, is guiding the drilling and confirming the size of the lodes. I also have Quinton compare the older drilling and results from the resource in the PEA to this current infill drilling. This all ties into the continuation of the initial mining and when the stockpiled ore will start going through the mill.

If you have any follow up questions for Quinton or the team at Lion One Metals please email me at Fleck@kereport.com.

Thanks for the update Cory. Lion One is a beast of a deposit and is just keeps getting better.

+1 Agreed Charles. Lion One already has a great deposit and is finally moving towards production (it’s been a long time coming), but they also continue to expand and define these high-grade lodes with very impressive drill results.

The drill results released today are quite eye-popping (and if it was some tiny Canadian drill-play in the far north releasing them, investors would be doing cartwheels in the aisles). Ironically, Lion One should be the one popping higher as it can actually monetize these drill results in this metals cycle as they are moving into production and tunneling toward those stopes in the not-so-distant future.

_____________________________________________From the news release out today______________________

Multiple bonanza grade zones have been intersected including:

      88.07g/t Au over 5.7m (including 1,396g/t Au over 0.3m) (TGC-0034)
      27.52g/t Au over 5.55m (TUG-056)
      20.93g/t Au over 7.2m (TGC-0003)
      16.12g/t Au over 9.3m (TGC-0014)
      16.48g/t Au over 9.6m (TGC-0002)
      14.6g/t Au over 6.6m (TGC-0032)
      14.97g/t Au over 5.4m (TGC-0018)
      10.85g/t Au over 6.9m (TGC-0013)

Visible was gold observed in several drill holes.

Hi Ex, just the word cartwheel reminds me of the football games when I was in High School. Oh, those memories! LOL! DT😉

So glad LION is mining underground. Crazy undervalued….. I wonder how deep the production decline is now, and if perhaps some of the deep zone drilling will be delayed until they can drill from deeper underground to save time, work, and money, rather than drilling from higher up.

      Apr 26, 2023 26:23 PM

Agreed Carl. As Quinton has pointed out repeatedly, now that the production decline is getting into place, the company can do far more efficient drilling from underground. However, there are also still plenty of regional targets at surface across their 7km claims across the whole caldera to keep testing for even more high-grade zones in this prolific alkaline system.

What is developing at Lion One is a once in a lifetime opportunity for those who are buying now. I can’t imagine the excitement when they arrive at the 500 meter level where all the dense, high grade gold is being found. Remember all the major alkaline gold systems out there are owned by Majors. My question is, when will this deposit be bought out by a Major at a much higher price? Something to think about.
